DASHERS BEWARE: Management is awful and wont even acknowledge you if you go inside. The drive thru is beyond backed up most of the time.Customers: There is a blatant sanitation issue in which OSHA or the health inspector should be called. The inside literally wreaks of feces.The times ive been in here its been a complete disaster of a mess. Absolutely disgusting floors and it looks like no one has any intention of actually cleaning the store.The floor was riddled with trash, and it looked like some kid was playing with the hand sanitizer dispenser. There was foam all over the floor.Frankly this store should just be shut down all together.I will never eat here and refuse to cross the threshold into KC for dashing. I will not be responsible or bare the burden of thinking i delivered someone highly contaminated food from this place.Terrible establishment, terrible customer service, terrible management.Just avoid this store all together and travel down the road to any other store. This is the worst excuse for a McDonald's i have ever seen, smelled, or experienced. Just disgusting entirely.The area itself is completely unsafe. Homeless walking around actually approaching vehicles while camping out at the gas ststion next door. Not all of them mean harm, but the few that had approached me made it very clear folks get robbed here on the regular.
Very dangerous in the area I went toDidn't hand our soda to us, had us go around the building to wait on everything. Then didn't even bring the right order.Although the food was very fresh & hot. Thank you for that..

Computerized order taker, had to correct order at payment window, line moved fast and my fries were still cold and my burger had really large chunks of onions, my drink was wrong. I paid over $11 for this quarter pounder meal. I AM DONE WITH MICKEY D'S FOR GOOD!!
Well, the people in the place are trying their best. All of them seemed a bit nervous and unsure of themselves. So I think there are a lot of new hires. Order didn't get rung up completely. I got the feel things are getting better. They just need time.
I stopped last night around 845 pm. took me 25 minutes to go thru drive through. when I got to window to pay. there were 4 employees standing around looked like doing nothing. had rge same exper6 a week ago when it took same amount of time. CLOAE THIA PLACE DOWN!!! I WILL NOT COME AGAIN.

NO SUGAR AT ALL.AND THE 2 BREAKFAST BURRITOS WERE COLD.AS I SET THERE THINKING ABOUT WHAT A HOT MESS THAT IT ALL WAS.For $12.50.The Guy Behind me had Received his Order parked and was Carrying it Back in his hand.And cane back out With Nothing.Than another auto that Has JUST PULLED OUT WAS LOOKING IN HIS SACK. STOPED Shucked His Head parked rite There and Got Out His Truck to go back in with Sack in Hand.That was This Morning . 6/8/22 about 10:20 AM.On Van Brunt.1st Time Back to McD's in Years to get anything Other Than Cookies.Things Will Resume as Usual for Me on That Front !Trashy Area.Trash Service.Trash Food.Trash Experience.NEVER AGAIN ! Absolute ridiculousness. Waiting 30 mins for a simple cheese burger then they wanna throw attitude at me and still not make my items rightDoesn't pay attention to the lobby or at front counter but God forbid a women comes up and they get helped immediatelyY'all need to get this store straight or I'm going.
