I ordered chicken mcnuggets and they were hard as a rock! So I went through the drive through again and the manager was very skeptical of my purchase. I wasn't given a receipt so I couldn't prove when I bought them. But she agreed to replace them. I waited over 15 minutes for them! And I had to go in and get them. In the end she gave me a coupon for a combo meal. Very frustrating but she made up for it.
Chicken Nuggets was not done and I pacifically told them to make sure the Chicken Nuggets were done. In fact I told 2 workers. The Fries were cold. Only the Hamburgers were good.
Its McDonald's. There is really nothing new to order. The menu is pretty much the same all the time. The only thing that changes is the Extremely HIGH PRICES which the only way they change. Is that they change to higher prices and NO ONE wants to see those kinds of changes. If McDonald's wants to see an increase of customers then they need to lower their prices OR leave the prices at the high level that they are at now AND increase the number of items in the meal - deals for a "Bigger Bites for your Bucks. The valum of customers may or may not start to increase. Its just a thought. They should ignore the high cost of food prices and focus on the customers more and not the constant price gouging with food companies and the competition. I know it's probably unheard of but what the Hell, give it a try for awhile. Everything they are trying now doesn't seem to be working. Change is good! (Sometimes)?
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Came to dine in with my family of 6. We had to sit at two separate tables because the biggest table was occupied by two unattended children that happened to be the managers kids while they ran around and screamed. The staff was rude told us they weren’t talking to who paid for the order because we were sitting at separate tables was snappy and literally said “ I wasn’t talking to you.” All the tables were dirty and we stood without a clean place to sit for around 10 minutes while two employees took up two individual tables. Trash covered the floors, sticky to walk on. Forgot our sandwich and tried to say we didn’t order it. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO WORK THEN LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED. Super unprofessional. This is fairly close to my house, from now on I’ll be enduring the drive to 7th street to avoid this place.
Apparently, the incompetent "manager" here doesn't know that you can add tomatoes to a breakfast sandwich. Poor customer service. I went to a different location and got what I wanted. Sad you have to drive across town to have a competent person take your order. I see why the robots are coming for your jobs!!! You had one job....and you failed miserably!!
Couldn't get the order right, I ordered 10 nuggets &a large French fry came to $ 9.73 they handed me a large bag of sandwichs I told them it was the wrong order they charged me $16.74 I told them it was not my order and to credit me back the $16.74, not returning to that McDonald's. Maybe if there was an adult to supervise they would pay attention to their job instead of playing around......!!!!!!
They can't get a simple order right after telling them 3 times. I ordered 2 plain hamburger patties with nothing on them because they were for a dog. I also ordered 2 large cokes and 1 large Dr.Pepper with no ice. They put hamburger buns on the plain patties and ice in the Dr.Pepper. I mean are you kidding me that they couldn't get that right after repeating it 3 times to them. And this wasn't the first time that this happened and at another McDonald's they put Onions on my dogs patties so he couldn't eat them at all and that was why I went to a different Mc Donalds. I guess I will be going some place else like Steak and Shake.
Everytime I go to this location to get a hot mocha their machine is not working. I mean everytime. I hadn't gone in a while because that was the case, but tried again yesterday on my way to work and yes you got was told machine not working.
Why this location always give you the worst food, the food taste old, cold and it's always wrapped wrong.Condiments are falling out of the sandwich. The bread looks disgusting.I don't understand why ppl that work there hand you food looking and tasting like this.It's absolutely gross and I gotta pay for for itMcDonald's need to get on their employees about this. Overpriced and underprepared. Two separate orders, one was two Hot 'n Spicy McChickens and a 10pc nuggets. The other was two normal McChickens and a 10pc nuggets with a large chocolate shake.The first order with the spicy McChickens, likely wasn't even cooked. I received the food cold, and that is absolutely not what you want when you're trying to get a quick bite.The other meal wasn't terrible, aside from the price. The McChickens were barely prepared, at least served hot even if they were lacking in mayo and lettuce. The shake, meanwhile, may as well have been coffee stirred into a milkshake. I couldn't taste a bit of chocolate, only mocha. And as someone who doesn't like coffee, it wasn't very enjoyable.
