Literally guy almost threw my coffee at me ahhh I asked him for a straw & he said it was in the bag... But I only ordered a coffee. He said "do you really need a straw?" Lol wont be back, sorry I bothered you with my order.
John Bell? Do you even care about how your restaurant is run? Slow service, wrong orders repeatedly, cold or raw food, rude and inattentive employees, place closed an hour before posted closing. Go to any McDonalds but this one. Run away....runaway.
Never have hot fries. You always have to give back for fresh ones. Then I think they mix the old with the new. Way over priced. You can go to Burger King or Texas Tom's and get double for the money you.pay here. burger king and Texas Tom's your food is HOT.
We ordered on the mobile app tonight, because they have the lobby locked and through the drive through last time they took 1 order that person paid and received their food then they took another order. Well the app is no better, we ordered said we were here and after 15 minutes had to walk up to the drive through window and ask for order; get home fries are stone cold and didn’t get what we ordered. Stay way from 4002 N Oak McDonalds.
Waited in line only to find out that their smoothie machine is broken again! This happens alot here! Waste of time. Would it kill them to put a notice on the menu?!
Frappuccino is never available. After 8 pm it seems they are often closed. Lights are off and when you go to drive though window they clame there system is down. I just drive to the one 2 miles away and no issues. Sad this location is by my house. Only reason I gave more than one star is the crew is at least nice and got if going on In the am. Other than the Frappuccino machine has been down for months.
Do not go to this McDonald’s. They have never failed to miss almost half my order every time, But tonight was the worst. When we got our food, I checked like I always do and we went back through like we always do and they ask what we were missing 3 times, I watch as the girl at the window is handed a bag and she doesn’t check it. I look in there and see only 3 sandwiches when I needed 4. But at this point we’ve gone through twice and I’m just done so we go home. Upon further inspection they gave me two correct sandwiches and then one cheeseburger that I didn’t order, only the cheeseburger is rock solid. I’ve worked at McDonald’s so I know that that cheeseburger was probably sitting in expo for hours to get that hard. And They served it to me. Repulsive. So yeah, don’t go to this one.
Really good french fries both times I've went. Not gonna lie might be one of my fav. they actually season the burgers too!
Food was horrible. Got 3 Big Mac meals and 2 spicy chicken. All the meat was old.
Terrible drive through experience. Was in a very long line. The 2 drive through speakers are too close together to make sense for there to be 2 of them. Got to the speaker told us to move forward. We sat at the speaker for over 10 minutes without even a word that they were around. Had to be somewhere so had to leave, so who knoes how king we would've beem there. Some real management and training needs to be worked on and addressed there.
