My Order was correct per usual on the Receipt but once again McDonald’s finds a way to not give me my entire order once again!!! Not to mention whenever you call to address the Problem the Phone always rings and they never answer the phone!!!!

I have been going here for years. Was in town for a visit pouring rain. The drive through is automated and it was getting our order wrong. So there was no one in front of us. So I drove up to the window told the young lady that there system was taking our order correctly and she said we can't take your order you have to drive back through. Will never go back. We're I currently live our McDonald's doesn't work that way. Did tell the young lady, you may not have a job long if you rely on that system. So went a block down to Burger King and talked to a real person.
This is the best McDonald's I go there early in the mornings they have hot fresh food and I'm in and out in 2 minutes. So I can do it on my way to work not like the McDonald's in my neighborhood which I drive past on 63rd and Troost cuz it is the worst in all of Kansas City
I went thru drive thru very fast as well as kind and YES my order was 100 percent correct. Yep I'll be a frequent flyer!!
I give them 2 stars just because I have had a bunch of time where the employees were rude to me or my gf. They tried to make her walk through the drive thru to get her food. That should be against the law or something. I was so mad when this happened. Make her walk through the drive thru with the cars? Dangerous
It was the typical McDonald's experience. Staff was friendly. I just stopped in for a sweet tea and some water to dilute it with.
