You know, for a place thats as busy as it is, this place really holds it down well.I give them props for doing such a good job with the public. They know how to take orders well, and stay on top of things to get the order right.Pretty solid establishment!
They're really busy in there, but got my order done well, used a gift card and place was fairly clean with plenty of seating, there was a little line and the drive thru seemed the busiest. Good location.
If you not ordering one thing only expect for your order to be wrong. 99.99 % of the time!! The kids that work there have very poor listening skills, lack customer service and obviously don’t like their jobs. It’s a shame you have to literally pull everything out the bag to check your order for it not to be right.. God forbid you have a special order.. they definitely can’t comprehend that.. and y’all want $15 a hour? Y’all don’t deserve $5 a hour.. Then have the nerve to get an attitude because y’all mess up. Go down to Ward-parkway and go in Chic Fil A and watch them work.. learn something…
Depends on what day you get, but order takers are often surly and short with customers. Routinely messes up simple orders or run out of staple like Diet Coke.
I went there today around 1:30 the lady asked me if I wanted my receipt and I told her no I proceeded to the next window the lady at the next window asked me did I pay for my food I told her yes and she said well it's showing that you didn't pay even though I did I have where I get notifications on my phone through text messages and also emails when my card is swiped it was only $3 but still the lady from the back window came running up to the front window saying that she needed my debit card again because I didn't pay for it I told her that it came out of my account and I have proof to show her but I gave it to her again because it just $3 and some change I ordered a pack of three cookies and also apple pie in a large dr. Pepper the lady from the first window brings back my card and said here you go ahead your card and I told her that it came out twice again and he walked away I'm assuming to go get a manager because they closed the window without giving me my order I finally wave someone down that was at the second window to get my order so I can leave I wasn't trying to make a scene and there was about three cars behind me so I just left it was only $3 but it's the simple fact when I get home to eat the apple pie there was no sticker on it and the feeling inside the crust was literally dried up it was unedible so basically I just spent $6 and some change for some cookies and a dried up apple pie and also a dr. Pepper
We stopped in about 1am. They had a drive thru double line that wrapped around the building. For as busy as they were the food was super fresh.
You always know what you are getting at MacDonalds. Sandwiches are OK if you get them fresh. Milkshakes taste very artificial now with little actual ice-cream, a shame.
You always know what your getting at McDonalds, the sandwiches are fair as long as you get it fresh made. The flavor of the milkshakes have gone downhill as they don't taste like ice cream anymore - very artifical tasting.
Usually always come through the drive thru in the morning and my experience is great. Ordered inside on a Sunday evening and the manager (Tanika?) was inciting an angry impatient customer to violence by swearing back at them and shouting and the customer verbally threatened to shoot her in the face after their argument which made me pretty scared. You have to control the situation, not make it worse! Customers are your responsibility. Really upsetting.
I frequent this location often. And the night crew is always terrible . I've been in the food industry for years. Never have I given someone fries that are cold and hard. It's sad as hell honestly. She rushed me thru my entire order and couldn't even tell me my total .
