If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too and I’ve been in KC my whole life(25 years). They are rude, don’t show any remorse for mistakes they make, and I doordash sometimes and I have NEVER completed an order as a driver If I went here for pickup. I’m calling coprate I have pictures of them standing in there and ignoring customers. I’ve went here for multiple orders and talked to at lest 6 or more dashers standing outside the window at once and they NEVER come. I can’t wait till it’s shut down and I damn near won’t rest till they do. I’ve lost a lot of money picking up here and I’m not the only one. The picture is how many doordash orders are sitting at the pickup window. And that’s only one time I went. Every other time it was the same way. No coworkers addressed us or looked at us. They just say pull up to the front and never come. It’s like a game to them. Very odd.
I got through the ordering part pretty quickly then waited in line for 30 mins just to get cold fries and my burgers were made wrong. I asked for ketchup and didn’t receive any. I look inside and no one is working. Their goofing off or on their phones. I’ll never order food at this location again.
yesterday i waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they weren’t taking the mobile order i already checked in and paid for. today i sat in curbside for 45 minutes before waiting longer in line to ask why my order was completed if i didn’t get my food. they said they never got anything so now i cant get my money back, im out of gas, and still haven’t eaten anything. this is the last straw, this store has only been given so many chances because it’s the closest to me. if i ever bother with mcdonalds again it won’t be this location.
I placed an order using the app. Waited in my curb delivery spot. Waited approximately 5 min. The young lady came out shoved my burger and fries at me without even looking me in the eyes. I immediately informed her I was supposed to have a diet coke with mt order. She walked away then came back with my drink same as before. After I left I realized it was not the drink I ordered. No I didn't go back. Not driving 15 miles for a $1 drink. Burger was good but fries were cold.
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my 54 years of life. I only wanted to order a diet coke and they couldn't even do that. 10 minutes in the drive through and 5 minutes trying inside. The young girl with pink and purple braids purposely ignored me and then gave me attitude when I said I only want to order a diet coke. She spoke to me like she had a broken bottle up her butt. I left without my soda and I will never go there again. I went directly across the street to taco bell and ordered my soda there. What do you know, they were able to fill that order in 2 minutes.
No idea how the doors are kept open. Waited at the drive thru - 1 lane blocked closed at drive thru, for 1 hour , cars in front of me leaving , pull around to the window - lights are on - no one inside. I just wanted some fries. I tried to call the restaurant and it just rings and rings. I don't feel this is a safe place to get food.
This location is the absolute worst location to go. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I arrived here at 12:45 pm and sat until 2 am for 2 double cheese burgers 2 mc chickens and 2 med fries to be told well we are training on a busy night I ordered ahead my code mv15 I did it before we arrived and hit the arrived locator and still sat for more than an hour on top of that my food wasnt even started till I arrived at the second window because the first wasnt open go figure on a busy night that ur training trust and belive I did not get my food and I'll be going in with a complaint to corporate and the district manager. Ok rant over!
Hello my name is Yessie I am so disappointed with the McDonalds manager today I had my worst experience there was people waiting for a very long time I know they always take a wile because there short in staff but there was 2 kids in the lobby waiting for their food as well as a young gentlemen he was really upset because he was very hungry so as one of the employees walks inside he asks in regards his order he said I dont know bro apparently he was the manager Ricky then they started arguing about the customer service . As they are arguing and almost start fighting,the kids were there patiently waiting their grandpa walks in and the manager mr Ricky tells the customer he was arguing with that if anyone had a problem about them taking long to get the f .out and thats were the grandpa of the two little kids says common we just want our food we being waiting for ever and the manager started arguing with him too in front of those kids the look in their eyes they were scared and confused McDonalds should be a happy place were kids go buy happy meals Im sure they will remember this bad experience for ever the smallest one was about to cry the way that manager disrespected that old man was not right and cant be tolerated I hope you guys give the proper training and as a customer service manager my self this is just unacceptable there was also another manager at the time she is a lady she is always polite and very helpful I always come to this place but had never had an experience like this one I hope you guys watch surveillance video for 4/18/2022 at 8:40 and see what Im talking about .because mr Ricky said its not the first time he disrespects a customer and he is still there .he needs to learn how to solve problems instead of making them worse ??♀️
So, some times the service and quality can be hit and miss depending the staff and time of day at this location.But today, they were on point. ?% fabulous!Mcdouble and fries were both hot and fresh, and the cookies weren't right out of the oven but still warm soft and gooey deliciousness.The sweet tea was perfect, fresh, just sweet enough for my sweet tooth, and refreshing.The older lady runs the drive through register, she is always polite and knows the menu well and is great at her job. She deserves a raise for sure. ?I visit this McDonalds about 4 times a week because it's on my way to work. Today was the best service I have ever recieved at that location. I would have taken photos of the food, but unfortunately I was driving and inhaled it all before arriving at my destination. ?
They had the lobby closed for some reason but there was a pick up window specifically for delivery drivers. Order pick up was simple and semi-quick. I do wish they would have packed the bag a little better so I wouldn’t have to worry about the drinks falling over inside
