The lady taking my order was completely impossible to understand. There was never a clear number I was given to pay, and there was a lot of confusion on what I actually ordered to the staff. I was not a fan
Horrible customer service. All shifts. They really need training on customer service. Chik fil a training. The owner and manager really needs to clean and strengthen up their employees. When you do better you get better results
I got a Double Quarter Pounder, and this is what it look like, I thought I went to Smashburger or something
Slow as hell service service, inside and drive up. Management don't know what ther doing,food was cold. Plus i waited to long to be served
They weren'tmaking the best decisions today...a car had a big order, instead of having them move up and wait, they had them wait in line. A few cars left because of it....I spent my 30 minute lunch break in the drive thru. I had to leave without my food as well. If I had waited any longer, I would've been even more late than I was. Go when you have time.
Picking up Door Dash order & placed a order. Servi e was Great, Food was Quick & Hot & Every employee I spoke to was Helpful & Friendly!! Keep It Up!!!!
This store is rarely open at night.. sometimes I go there between 1:30am and 5:00am on my way to work and they tell me they are closed. Never consistant. Today they told me they are closed between 2 and 5 now yet I was there at 5:05 and they are still telling me they are closed. They leave all the lights and signs are on and they will let you sit at the sign waiting to order for as long as you want to sit. Some of us have jobs and don't have time to waist sitting at a sign when we have to be at work! Very poor managment!
I work 3rd shift, they are open 10% of the time maybe.I know they say they are closed from 4-5am, also states on window 24/7. I have had my lunch time adjusted just to make it there before they close, yet they are still closed. Your night shift crew sucks Kansas avenue McDonald’s!! I hope your owner realizes how much money you turn away at night. Should have just went to Jack in the box!
Why is it so hard to get a freshly made fish sandwich the first one was old and hard I asked for a fresh one and they microwaved it and made it worst but they charged me 5 Dollars and they r getting record profits but it's my fault if I don't buy it they wouldn't treat me like a number a large fry is $4 so I'm going to stop buying until they bring the prices down
This place is dirty. Understaffed I'm sure. And always forgetting straws its a little thing I know but still every time ive been here.
