McDonald's advertises 24-hour service however they're not open all the time like they said they were. I went by to get some cookies and it was 3:00 in the morning but they were closed told me to come back at 4:00. I was willing to give them even enough money to get the cookies and they could ring them up when they reopened and they told me no. As far as I'm concerned that is false advertising and they were not accommodating at all.
My son found a FINGERNAIL in his spicy chicken sandwich from this restaurant plain out DISGUSTING called the manager about it and they simply laughed the other end of the phone.

Ive had problems with this place before but never to this extent. Not only did they not have my order at the window at all. Like the entire order disappeared but after asking for our order again they still managed to give us a completely different order that was cheaper than the one we paid for but also full of food I'm allergic to.
Waited 20 min for a mobile order just to be told it got served off before being brought out to me received no napkins no apology for having to come in and get my own drinks or having to wait almost 25 min total just for this kind of sandwich
I used to buy 4 plain hamburger patties no buns for my dog then I upgraded it to 2 quarter pound hamburger patties plain, no buns and no salt. He can't wait to get there.
Why was I charged full price . When they were being cheap on what they have me. Should been 50% off both . Since they were only half way filled.
Just went there not only did they not add food that I had asked for when I get up to the window I get told I have to go back around to order food that I had said over the speaker and then they slammed the window shut while I was speaking!!!! I will definitely be using the Legends location from now on I've had nothing but disrespect from this location
Doesn't know the difference between a deluxe chicken sandwich and a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich litterly argued with them 5× and the kept thinking deluxe ment spicy....if you work somewhere you need to KNOW your own menu.
gave 1 stars because they have taken my mobile order and payment, but as i pulled into the drive through noone spoke, noone answered and I was stiffed and not refunded. I do not go to this mcdonalds anymore. constantly get my order wrong or dont put something in the bag. terrible mcdonalds, wouldnt go here when theres 2 others within 5 mi that are much better, its worth the extra drive.
