The worst experience in McDonald's EVER! The MANAGER, James, was extremely rude! His employees were embarrassed by his behavior. They were lovely. He told me while I was trying to order that McDonald's sells hamburgers and fries and to order. He never showed his face to me and was loud and dramatic about how he couldn't take crazy people anymore. ? Retail/ Restaurants are having a hard time after the pandemic, but no one should be subjected to that kind of behavior and he should not be leading people with his abusive condescending attitude.Do better McDonald's WITHOUT him!
My dog loves their quarterpound hamburgers. He can't wait to get there. I order him 2 plain quarter pound hamburger patties no salt and no buns. They sometimes give me a discount for him too. He is not a cheap date.
Absolutely AWFUL. Ten bucks for a quarter pounder meal. What a rip off. Took over 15 minutes to get my order. Faster service at Denny's. What a joke??
I remember this place not being so much the best but it has turned around. I actually enjoyed walking in and being greeted with a smile not a friend you guys keep up the good work and I look forward to coming to store
My dog and I love to share the double hamburger with no condiments.... Just dehydrated onions.. yumm
today visit this place. It was a waste of time and money, the people who work should have more training. I ordered 3 happy meals and they only gave me the nuggets, the fries and the drinks. a toy was ordered, they charged for it and did not give it. When I asked about what was missing, they said that in that store they were not giving out the toys. but if they charge them when you ask for them separately.
Mobile/curbside orders were "down" on a busy Friday lunch shift (due to short staffing?) but order was still accepted and processed my card for payment. I only found out because I was waiting for nearly 10 minutes with no one coming out (which is unusual despite being super busy for any McDonalds) so I went through the drive-thru to find out what was going on. The cashier told me their mobile order was down or shut off for some reason and that my money would be refunded the next day. Needless to say my money was not refunded (checked online 3 days later) and my time wasted. Who knows how many people they gypped off unsuspectingly or in hopes they wouldn't come back to complain. If the mobile ordering is turned off, then it shouldn't allow for orders to go through.
I usually try to go and order inside but for the past days they always have the door locked it can be since morning or at dinner time they have it locked
I was here the other day and a Lady named Dora was so rude! At least be polite! worst costumer service ever! made me feel bad for even going, I understand that it could have been low staffed but its your job to be polite to everyone ! and then When I asked for her name they told me she was the manager, I was shocked at least fake like you're a nice person!
If I could give this location minus stars, I would. I made a mobile order via the app, arrived & gave me code, my bank account was charged. Just like normal but then the worker tells me I have to pay ADDITIONAL MONEY in order to get my food. Can't explain why I allegedly owe more money nor as to why my account was already charged the whole dollar amount that was due. Right now I don't have my order & my account is minus what they've charged it for. I tried to call the store concerning a refund as I did not receive anything for my money already paid to them but they're screening the calls (I called prior to confirm that is store #6894 as it says it on the transaction info for the charge they made to my bank account), so I have no idea when or if I'll see that money again at this point. I firmly, 100%, believe those workers are stealing money from their customers.BE CAUTIOUS IF YOU'RE THINKING OF EATING HERE!!! There's something weird going on there & I definitely think it's theft
