I haven't been to Krab Kingz in about 3 years, with the last time being at the location on Broadway. Took my son here for his 12th birthday (his choice) and he loved every bit of it!!! The food was HOT & DELICIOUS ? & trust me when I say that it won't be another 3 years before I go back, because the food AND customer service was PHENOMENAL!!! The cashier was pleasant & patient, something that is not prevalent these days. Good job!!!
Saw this restaurant while shopping and decided to try it. Had the large shrimp platter, it did not disappoint! Seasoned perfectly and special requests in the order were done correctly!
The young lady at the counter did not speak to us when we walked in. In fact she just sat there blanked face. We didn't know if she was ready or what....these businesses need to understand we are spending way too much money in these facilities to be putting up with rude, young, no personality having employees! I'd rather spend my money where I feel appreciated for coming. What's wrong with these people working now days? Well I won't be back. To many other seafood restaurants with NICEemployees!!!!!
First time I ever got. Seafood Boil. I usually make my own. The eggs were not edible. The crab legs were very dry and over cooked. The shrimp sausage and potatoes were good. Next time i will spend my 60 bucks on my own boil.
