Turned off wifi on me AFTER I bought food. Like paying for their wages ain't important or the customer that enables that. Customer service damn near extinct
This location charges the price of a medium drink for a cup of water ( for the cup) even as a paying customer. I had to ask myself since there are a number of homeless individuals in this area, if that is the REAL reason for the cost. The lady even explained how the manager will not allow for the homeless to bring their own cup for water due to Covid. Which I understand but any of us can have Covid and go back for a refill while eating in the restaurant. I’m not in the situation where I desperately need water but to know if I was or others who might not have $3 for a cup of water , it’s disheartening. It’s unheard of. And I feel it’s truly due to steer homeless individuals away. I won’t be going back to support this restaurant.
I went here about two weeks ago first part of june 2022. I've been there three times and out of that three times i haven't one time get to order anything , because their computers are down. How did any of us ever survive before computers come along. At this point this KFC is going into the hole. No customers no bussiness.
I've called over 5 times, I purchased chicken and chicken pot pies , well the chicken pot pie doesn't have meat ,just carrots and potatoes and crust.
I went in about 5:30 in the afternoon would be the optimum time for everything being stocked for the dinner rush, and I wanted a 14 piece bucket half extra crispy and half original recipe. Now, the cashier was as helpful and apologetic as he could be, but they were out of white meat, and they were out of extra crispy. So, instead of getting only three or four pieces of dark meat original recipe get up with 14 pieces of dark meat original recipe. Now, you know that this means legs and backs. Mostly legs. There were three or four backs, but they were small. Also, to tell you the truth, the chicken needed to have been left in the cooker for a few more minutes. Didn't come apart the way it completely cooked chicken does, and certainly not the way it does on their commercials. Anyway, I had waited for a paycheck in order to give myself a special treat, Kentucky fried chicken, and Tuesday I was disappointed would be an understatement.
Have been there 4 times in the last few months hoping to get chicken. Each time I am told that they are unable to accommodate me either because they were having technical issues like their system went down(once was after they let me order then I pulled to the window and they told me their system went down and they couldn’t sell me the food they already had bagged up)or that they were simply out of chicken. Once, even twice is understandable but 4 times in a row is not cool. It’s the closest location to us and I’ve even tried to call them beforehand to see if they’re up and running but no one ever answers the phone. The last time I went I ordered the 8 piece family meal, extra crispy and was told they didn’t have any crispy. I just drove away. Probably won’t be back to that location again.
This place is as ghetto as it comes. Nobody wants to work. Here is the run down of the experience you will get. Hello can I help you. You say your order. Sorry our system is down or sorry we are out of chicken. In the middle of the day, or evening. This is literally all the time. It's not once in awhile Who ever owns this establishment, rather corporate or franchise should fire everybody. Repeat everybody. If the drive thru person ever calls me the n word again we will have a real problem as well. This place should be closed permanently. They are worthless and racist.
Stopped on the way home during the storm today to get some chicken for dinner for me and the family the chicken was the worst I've ever had in years it was so soggy all the bread in on it was much tasted horrible I would not recommend the KFC on independence Avenue to anybody the sides were OK the cold slow and the mashed potatoes and gravy they were good but the chicken might as well throw it out to the dogs not worth a dime
Ordered through grub hub and ordered a combo meal. They didn't have tea. Which is weird. When asked to give me another drink they refused. Very bad service fix on their part. Since I paid for a drink.
The store was dirty, Chicken cooked with old oil WILL Not Go to the one on Independence ave. BAD ?
