They didn’t give us our large gravy nor our large fries and didn’t answer when we tried to call them.

Man, you have so many different "Chicken" places around here it's crazy. Now don't get me wrong, some of them have Good chicken, but KFC is the "Bomb"! The undisputed "Champion of the World"! I'm a Dark meat person, but even their White meat is Tender! That batter recipe is "Off the Chain", and the phrase, "Finger Licking Good" holds true! My wife and I decided that KFC is our Chicken of Choice! And now they have Fries so check them out!

Ordered a 12 piece family meal. Got home, only 7 pieces of chicken in bucket. Dispute, a coming!!!!¡!! Can't drive back the ride left.

The food was great the service was great!!! I can't wait to come back. Thank yall so much for excellent service and food!!!

Don't know how to make the, food, will charge for small portion to be added. Crew is always distracted with a phone or talking with each other

I just ordered food from them in the drive thru and it is all old and cold. They were rude and rushing in the drive thru even though I was the only customer they had. No receipt was given to me. And they are refusing to answer the phone so I can get some fresh food or my money back. Absolutely foul.

went to get the advertised 20 dollar fillup ....they acted oblivious the 8 piece is what they said you had to order which turns out 7 dollars more 1 less side ...not to mention they dont know how to make gravy...i have brown water instead ....when i mentioned 27 bucks is way higher than the advertised price of 18 they said that was chicken AND sides ....bout time for you guys to shut down....happen to see your class action for this very reason.

I placed a prepaid order online for pick up. I arrived to KFC and followed the pick up order instructions. The store was locked so I was forced on going in the drive thru line to retrieve my order which was very timely. (It was 4:45PM) I made it to the intercom and told the employee my name and order number for pick up. I then attempted to order a large drink and they refused to take my order initially. I then told them the drink was separate from the prepaid order and he gave me the total for the drink and told me it will all be ready at the window. I made it to the pick up window and they tried to charge me in person for a prepaid order. Next they refused to give me the drink I ordered in the drive thru line. I stuck out my credit card and asked to pay for a drink. The employee refused again said he could not do it.I returned back and removed the food from the bags to discover I got played by KFC. They did not provide me with a large portion of food I ordered. This location needs corporate to come in and audit/clean house. So disappointed with my experience. I had to tell it all.

Not happy about the inconsistency!Had my mom go out of her way to stop and grab me a pot pie as it is one of those 'soft things' I can eat. I got it and noticed it didnt have NOT ONE diced potato! I suppose I should be happy because this one had lots of chicken, unlike the last which only had a single sliver, but that is the part I can't eat lolIf it ain't one thing missing it's another. Doubtful that I will return.

This particular restruant was not the best. The food was good but the service was not when asked for some condiments the server said he put them in the bag when we got back to our hotel there were no condiments at all he was impatient and didn't listen will not be going back to this location.
