July 2022 update: Menu is missing things like the #11 Country Club and other regulars. I will be going to other locations until the supply chain problem is handled.I rarely have any issues with my order when I visit this location. I appreciate that there's a drive thru so I don't have to find a parking spot to get my food. I wish there was a way to scan my receipts to upload it to my account to earn points instead of solely rewarding mobile orders with points. Anyways, always nice service when I visit.
We've been here twice in the past two weeks and had issues both times. First time not only was the order wrong, but there was a piece of the workers glove in the sandwich. Second time the order was wrong again. Sent in a request to be called about the issue and never heard from anyone.
With a 3 and 4 year old the sandwich has to be exactly right. Jimmy John's nailed it. They even split the sandwich for the kids. And my sandwich was excellent as always.
Being that this jimmy John's is the nearest to my home this is the one I frequent. With that being said the minus - 2 stars go to customer service (staff) not being the best with communication or just being courteous. I don't expect 5 star treatment, but when you go to the drive thru window please have your staff repeat the price vs just expecting you to hand over money or a card. This has happened far more times than usual and it's inconsistent with other Jimmy John's I've been to in the past. The food most times is good and what you would expect and it's why I come back, however occasionally you will get missing ingredients and you won't realize it until you go home. Now maybe I should give them 3.5 stars but since there's no option for that it's stuck at 3.
35 min wait in the drive through…. Then my sandwich had ONE piece of meat on it.
Here we go, after lack of action from customer care.I sat in the drive through line for roughly 30 minutes. I order a #16 Club Lulu, Giant. I feel what I ordered was way over priced $20. The sandwich was thrown together with no turkey. While waiting in the drive through I could see the employees screwing around in the kitchen, like I couldn't see them. After contacting customer care I was informed this location is a franchise and I have received no further responce.Update: I have already visited the customer care on feb 20th and received a reply on feb 22nd mentioning this location is a franchise. The sandwiches were really good. We got giant sized and we could cut them up and hit more than one serving

Food was prepared correctly, with care, and ready within a reasonable time. This is my second time visiting this location. Would like to rate this facility higher unfortunately the service here is not good. No one greeted me when I walked in, waited in the place order here line for around 30 sec before anyone acknowledge I was there. As I was placing multiple orders the person taking my order was distracted by their mobile phone, clicking away. In fact the person preparing the food had to nudge the order taker to tune in...wow. Not much eye contact as they were dialed in on their phone but made it through placing my orders. If you plan to go to this location, bring patience.
Very disappointed with the sub I got today. My husband ordered me a tuna sandwich from you and I will never order it again. First of all, the bread was hard like it was a day old. The tuna had onoins in it which I can't eat or he would have ordered it with onoins. It didn't have tuna on a forth of the sandwich and it was made like whoever made it was in a hurry. Everything was to the outside of the sandwich. Wouldn't eat there again.
