The manager wrote down the wrong address so I didn’t get my food for almost two hours. Manager hung up several times on the phone when I tried inquiring about my order. I had to leave work and drive to the store and the manager still refused to issue a refund. Will never order again from this location.
I have had three deliveries in a row now that have had issues. Between items being left, only including a partial sandwich, and having not the right kind of sandwich all together its just a waste of time trying to order at this location.
The kid at the drive thru was awesome. I loved the sandwich and even more when the people working there enjoy doing their thing.
The environment is not as welcoming as most will want but the customer service is good. Food is edible.

Charged extra for bacon and no bacon. Ask for no tomato- I get tomato. Slimy sandwich- too much dressing with whatever you get.Just don’t go to this location - never have gotten my order right here.
Went to this jimmy johns location and had a super weird experience. As I was placing my order through the drive thru the jimmy johns employee was talking over me to another employee. He finally and hastily took my order. I asked for sliced wheat bread, they gave me French. I politely declined the sandwich and repeated my order. The employee looked at his screen and was annoyed with me because the order did not say wheat bread like it was my mistake. The remade sandwich was basically tossed at me with no other remarks from the employee. It was really bad vibes and I hope those employees were just having a rough day. I do not expect a lot from food service employees. I know it’s a tough and usually underpaid job but this situation was uncalled for.
Wife ordered a sandwich delivery driver had to drive a block and a half was super rude and racist about the $2 tip so will never order from that Jimmy John's again
I made an on the fly call to this jimmy johns I was transferring buses. I was starving. I'm also a type 1 diabetic so I knew I needed to eat quickly. The order was there ready for me. Exactly as I asked for it. The only way to make my sandwich faster would have been paying online ahead of time. Which is my bad. Thanks JJ's!!
Was my first time at Jimmy John's. Employees were not wearing masks to protect from Covid. Menu was a lot to take in and I felt rushed by the Employees, even though there were no other customers. They seemed impatient and indifferent to our patronage. The bread was good. The variety of toppings was not clear as I could not see my options. I will not visit this site again. Will consider trying another location at a later time.
