Parking lot is very compact and the drive through might block some spots depending on how busy it is. Staff was friendly and service was very fast.
Try getting the ice machine professionally cleaned and not by a worker
I am a 7 min drive from this jimmy John's and can't leave because I am watching my sick grandmother, i called to get sandwiches and I looked I am 1.6 Miles from the building and they said I wasn't in there delivery range. I will never go to a jimmy John's again
Dude working the drive thru seems so thrilled to be working here. Maybe a class in customer service is needed.
This location used to be great. We rarely order now as they always forget our chips and the staff is rude. We ordered tonight for delivery and got a phone call from a staff member saying they will be voiding our order due to not having a driver after 7 PM. She was not apologetic in the slightest.

Never freaky fast. Always freaky slow. Ordered for ASAP delivery an hour ago. The store is 1.3 miles from my location. Still no food. Got a notification that it was out for delivery 30 mins ago…still no food. Can’t wait to eat this soggy a** sandwich ??
Ordered and paid for food I did not receive. Called to complain, got hung up on. By far the worst service. Asked for manger and he hung up on me. Totally unprofessional and wont go back.
This location can never get it right on delivery. They claim they have a delivery area so it should take less than 20 minutes to get a delivery 1.5 miles away. This is never the case. Sure I get it evening’s may be a little busy so why not have 2 drivers? This is unacceptable I thought it was supposed to be freaky fast.
