Their delivery time is horrible !! The entire process took over 90 min. My food was out for delivery for 35min before it arrived and my office is 4 blocks away
I love most of their clubs, I wish they would bring the sprouts back.
How in the ever loving world that we live in do you not deliver less than .5 miles away? What a terrible establishment. I can get past the fact that their namesake is literally one of the worst people ever, but seriously? You can't deliver to 42nd and Holmes from 39th and Broadway? Worst service ever. Get it together.
Extremely unfriendly manager who was unprofessional and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Very unfortunate as I worked at Jimmy Johns for 3 years.
Gargantuan was so good. My brother got 2 of them.
I work less than one half mile away from this location. Half of the time when I order, it takes one hour or more to be delivered. "Freaky fast" is not a good slogan, anymore.
The man at the drive thru was very rude and rushed us through our order saying "i have a lot of tickets". They didnt give us any napkins and gave us the wrong amount of straws. One of our orders was messed up as well. I will never be going to this jimmy johns again. The drive thru employee should be fired for how rude he was
Used to be really good but since new people became managers it's gone downhill had hair in my sandwich and they got my order wrong never again. Drive through took for ever and there were only two cars seems like the guy who was working was on something didn't ask for money just handed me my sandwich
This was my 1st visit to the broadway location and the man working the drive thru window was wonderful. Maybe he was able to see what a difficult day I was having as my father had just passed away that morning. Although I was not talkative he was very friendly and tried to engage me in conversation regarding my Italian last name while I paid for my sandwich. My food was also very good.
Terrible management and some of the employees have the IQ of 10, including the old women and the young woman in the picture. Stay away from this establishment. Good food , bad people.
