My order was correct but delivery was not freaky fast.
There was a bit of a wait but the service was good and my order came out correct.
Didn't say on the board the sandwiches come with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. Staff refused to remake the sandwich without the veggies and mayo. Not the first time we have had problems with this location but it will be the last time I have problems with Jimmy John's. Poor service combined with super high prices for a sandwich is unacceptable.
Everytime I've been here I have been completely dissatisfied with the quality of food and cleanliness. Sandwich is typically falling apart
Nice location, walking distance from KCC. With our larger group, they were kind enough to let us bring other food to the restaurant. One must visit Man's washroom for trivia :-)

I don’t know his name, but the delivery driver with the white ponytail is awesome!! I often get food delivered to River Market and he is always fast and very kind.
What is going on with customer service nowadays? These people here are so rude. We ordered our food one hour ago. When we called to find out where our food was some guy said , the food is sitting here waiting, we are short of people, if you want to come get it be my guest…,Unbelievable!!!!
Freaky Fast delivery is not a thing at this location. In person is quick but delivery usually not. The customer service is also pretty poor, including from the manager. I recommend trying any other location.
