"Only taking mobile orders". Next night "only accepting credit cards" Next night "only accepting cash". And never fast service. I never go unless I know I am able to spend at least 30 minutes in the drive through.
Waited in line to be told they're not taking orders anymore they were closing early..... it was like an hour until closing time and we had waited 30 minutes but whatever.Came back another day, way earlier, waited in line to be told they're only doing online orders and I couldn't do my order right there, I had to go park in a parking spot, do my order online and then come back..... YOU CANNOT JUST GET OUT OF LINE... if they don't want to work, fine but at least you could put up a sign before you pull in to this line of Cars. STUPID.
Do NOT go to this location. I ordered through the app, when I picked up my food I was missing an entire sandwich. When I asked about it I was informed that they don't carry it and to get a refund I would "need to go to the app and figure it out". I made a complaint online and it was never resolved. I never recieved my refund. About a month later I order delivery and was missing my jalapeno poppers. Never resolved. I will only go to the Johnson dr location now.
I get there and am told they’re only doing mobile orders, thats cool with me so I place and pay of an order online. I pull up to the window again and I am told that none of the items I paid for on the online order are available, then I’m told to “try to get a refund I don’t know”. So in the end I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes only to pay for an order I never got.
One of the worst fast food places I ever been too. I sat in the drive through for 20 min and they never took my order so I drove up to window to get my order taken. Waited another 15 minutes for 10 piece nuggets and 2 fries. I will not be back
This by far the worst Jack in the Box I have ever eaten at. We went for chicken but their frier was broken, no big deal. Stuff happens. My daughter and I each ordered a sourdough jack instead. I know it's been a while since I've been but I remember the sourdough bread being grilled. This was far from it. It looked like two pieces of white bread completely ungrilled as if it just came off the bread loaf. We asked for the tomato to be taken off one of the burgers plus add lettuce and onion. Not only was there no lettuce or onion but they ended up taking the tomato off of both sandwiches. While we were waiting to be rung up there was someone walking behind the counter just texting on their phone. Next time I get a hankering for JITB I'll make sure to find another one no matter how far out of the way it is.
Very rude staffAt speaker & window practically ignored every customer I suggest you guys block the drive in with a sign or cone when you don’t want to provide service to customers who are familiar with the store hours.For a 24 hour location there always refusing to serve the public and the attitudes are just unnecessary
very disappointed as a nurse to not get what we ordered and no way of contacting them. food was good, but how hard is it to add the condiments that COME WITH the meals?
So I would like to say outstanding teamwork standing overall customer service. I came to Jack in The box expecting the words and actually walked away with a smile because they had wonderful customer service at night time especially for someone that's out of town or out of the country like. Multitude of people that you guys did fairly good I like you guys I work as a team and the food is still warm or hot not cold like McDonald's french fries you guys keep up the good work hey I do love free food and I do love to eat so I don't feel bad if you send my family and I coupons for JITB keep up the good work guys
Worst experience we have ever had !!!! Michelle was the worst person to ever have take our order and was extremely beyond rude!!!!! While we were ordering she had the worst attitude ever in history, and was very impatient as we just had gotten done with a dentist appointment for our little one, on top of that we asked for a couple of ranches, not 5 or 6 but literally 2 and crossed her arms and said that’ll be 18 cents, which never ever have been charged for ranch especially ordering tacos and a chicken sandwich, which also did not come with the lettuce or Mayo but had a tiny speck of Mayo on the bun, also we ordered a curly fry instead of a regular fry and she proceeded to give us a regular fry!!!!! She literally should have had a better attitude because that was the worst experience we have ever had!!!! And we live over 30 minutes away!!!!
