Horrible each time I order. Doesn’t matter if it’s a call in or door dash. They always forget items from my order. This time they didn’t send the door dash driver with the drinks I paid for. Forgot bacon from one of my meals. Forgot strawberries for my other meal. This location is horrible with anything they do. DO NOT recommend this location to anyone.
8am on a Sunday morning and there was so little staff. One server and one host. They had a table of 10 and a few other tables of two and a family of 5. It took 25 minutes just to get our order taken. No water was brought to the table. Took another 25 minutes for food. Once we got the food it was good. Ask for more coffee, had to ask for it twice because the first guy forgot. By the time we left they finally had staff come in. At least 1 table left after not getting their food. Another had issues with the order. IHOP needs to staff better.
Thank God for these 24 hour joints that are still around. Staff was welcoming and attentive, although it could have been due to the fact he was waiting on our table to be served and close out before he could go home. Either way, dude was on point and the chicken salsa omelet was so, so tasty! Although I will say at $4 for a large orange juice, the beverage game pricing was on the steep side....but when I took that sip it tasted like ol boy literally twisted a whole Florida orange grove down my throat.
This restaurant specializes in slow and efficient service and routinely being out of ingredients. The staff were nice and seemingly effective within the constraints placed upon them. Those constraints included being out of multiple ingredients. On top of dealing with a shortage of necessary ingredients, they also dealt with a multitude of homeless that were in and out of the front door. It was definitely a unique location and unique experience but I don't fault the staff.
Do you like to wait? Then this is the place you want to go! Sat there for 30 plus minutes waiting for an appetizer sampler!! There was 3 tables or less beside me, And I was not served. this place is absolutely horrible. Would not recommend to the homeless people under Sterling bridge. I don't like my job a 100% but I still have to do it to make a paycheck. I recommend that the staff do their job. I left before getting my food because I'd rather starve than wait forever for a simple order
Understaffed and Long wait and Dirty:Management should pay attention to stadium events and staff accordingly. We were told a 30 minute wait and there was 25 people ahead of us. The group of 25 left and so we thought we could get in earlier...nope...we waited an hour and 20 mins and were told by the hostess she didn't know how long the wait would still be! Half the restaurant tables were empty. We left and got Taco Bell. We were also concerned about the cleanliness of the food as the front doors were run down... Just didn't seem clean at all. Never going back. Needs NEW MANAGEMENT!!!
Food was average or below service was good for hardly any staff not disappointed in my experience but definitely not a hop supporter
I've always loved going to IHOP for breakfast. I went with my mum for lunch a few weeks ago and the classic bacon burger was so good. I did order some fries along with a "Sprite" type of soda. Waiter was super nice and checked up on us every few minutes to make sure our food is good and that everything is good. Didn't take long to fulfill our order. I love coming here and so far, no bad experiences. No bad waiters or any rudeness. This is the only IHOP I've ever been too I believe and I never had any issues. Thank you! Coming here will always be my choice for breakfast or lunch. ?
This morning, my sister, my niece, myself and my niece's two girls went to breakfast at IHOP near the Blue Ridge Walmart. It was quite busy because of the holiday. Our waitress was Latisha. She was AMAZING! I've never posted anything like this before, but the service she gave us was worth the acknowledgment. She was so pleasant, engaging, funny, and made sure that we were taken care of in a very timely manner. Latisha, if you ever see this, thank you for doing what you do. Not everyone is cut out for customer service, but you were born for it. And yes, I made sure to tell the manager before we left
There was an older male waiter, about 50-60 years old. He was not friendly. He took our order and never came back. A female waitress, very friendly, brought our food, asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. We waited for our check for too long, so when I seen the waitress, I asked her for our check. When it came time for a tip, he swooped in and got in front of her to make sure he got it. He needs to be put in check. Very obvious he is only there for himself and not the customer nor his fellow coworkers. I felt bad for her to have to work with such an A-hole!
