they are so short on staff but a re doing all they can cooperate these people who are here NEED A RAISE!!! the ac was out they were Packed and they still provided 5 star service and food! best IHOP I have ever had and sweetest staff!!
We love IHOP and this one is clean and the food was even better than ours back home. And our waitress, Barbara, was FANTASTIC. Absolutely loved her. Funny and sassy and filled with personality! We will definitely come back next time we are in town.
Walked in and there 5 groups of people in the waiting area. Luckily I ordered before hand but still took 30 minutes just to get my food. In waiting people were walking out. There was a lady and her daughter who had walked in and went to the bathroom. When they came out they were asking to be seated and they were totally disrespectful. They ended up leaving but the 2 workers talked about them in front of customers. When we got our meal it was thrown in my lap and she just walked off. The worker very disrespect was a short black lady. Don't waste time to eat there. On top of that the order was wrong.
All I have to say is don't come to IHOP at night time. Your food will be cold and the workers will look extremely exhausted. Other than that, the food is still good and looks good:)
Never really had a bad experience until today. Went to pick up my online order, and I understand it was busy as it is Mother's Day but the young lady at the entrance just ignored us as soon as we walked in. She had a terrible attitude and didn't even bother to look our way. After a while, she finally asked if we were dining in and I told her I was just waiting for my online order and gave her my name. She handed the bag and I looked away. I checked to see if all the items were there and I could see that some things were missing but didn't want to deal with that terrible attitude and long wait again so I just left. My orders were incomplete, there were two sides of pancakes missing, one of the omelets was not fully cooked and the the icing with sprinkles smelled really bad as if it was expired. I'm really disappointed.
Worst service i have ever experienced. Had to walk in the kitchen to find someone to seat us after 10 minutes waiting. Server was brain dead, brought us a pot of coffee with one cup left in it. Never came back to see if we needed more. Had to go back in kitchen for more coffee. Only 3 tables full in restaurant when manager told people up front waiting to be seated they might want to find somwhere else to eat because they were too busy. Then server proceeded to give us someone else's credit card when we paid. Guess this is the new norm
Food is decent sometimes but honestly its a hit or miss place. Expect expired orange juice no matter what time you go. Expect to be ignored by staff for 10-20 minutes. Expect some bonnet wearing young lady to serve you rudely or some legging wearing manager to get all aggressive when you ask her "hey is my order ready yet?" If you order takeout. This place has definitely went down since the Pandemic. Hygiene should also be taught at this location and most definitely uniform should be enforced. This location workers look a hot mess and rude. You guys have one good employee and that's all.
I saw 3 black lady servers no wear mask up on 07/01/2022 morning, it s disgusting. I'm luck I have the white girl service my table, she is nice . that s reason I was stay and finish my breakfast. IF 1 OF 3 LADY THERE SERVICE MY TABLE, SORRY I WILL CANCELED MY ORDER AND WALK OUT.
Love love love this ihop location, the staff is always the friendliest and always open to us tailoring the order to our satisfaction. I also like that they have decaf coffee. Goes perfectly with their pancakes. I also like seeing the calories listed for all their dishes. Prices are reasonable and it’s a great environment to take your family, and very kid friendly.
