Food was good and glad they finally opened again, because I used to love this place, but they have seriously gone downhill. Place was a mess, no clean silverware, girls were giggling and talking with each other when trying to take my order and I had to wait for them to finish, order ended up being incorrect (big surprise), booths were all sticky and ripped in several huge spots to where you sank when you sat down and were basically sitting on the inner layer, tables were all uneven and wobbly, toilet seat was broken in the bathroom, toilet paper was just a giant roll thrown on the back of the toilet. I asked to clean silverware and someone walked out with handful in their bare hand, eating portion in their palm instead of the handle...gross. While the food was good, the experience was terrible.
What a great place to eat it was my first time trying it. My wife has tried one but was on the east coast. Just so you know if you could. Give 10 stars i would great staff and very friendly and great food. We will deffently be back.
We had an unfortunate experience today. Not the world's greatest hamburger, not good service, the drink station was filthy, and there were no straws and no cups for ketchup. We waited 50 minutes for our food and I had to go up to the pickup area to show my receipt in order to get our hamburgers made. I would NOT recommend this establishment. For $45.00 it was NOT worth it.
Every time I go, it's crazy busy but the food is always on point. Staff is polite and helpful. Mr Rickie went to every table at least once to assure customers had what they needed. Go every chance I can. Great atmosphere, food, and staff
Build your own amazing, delicious burger or choose from their premium made selection! Chicken sandwiches too. Dessert and milkshake choices. And different kinds of fries. Seriously delicious! Worth the price. Filling.
We enjoyed taking our kids here. It is a bit pricey, but the burgers are good and no one left hungry. No complaints on the speed of service or the staff.
The crew of only 6 working at the Fuddruckers Legends location ROCKED it today during a late lunch rush. Our food was delicious and we were impressed with the level of customer service they provided. GREAT JOB Y'ALL.!!
They were put of chipotle and the batter for the seasoned fries... but it still was amazing! I've never had a burger taste so good.
So the five stars is only because of the food and the woman that took our order. Otherwise, you get -1 star. Hey corporate, fix the phone message that says you are open until 9. Fix Google that says you are open until 6. Just fix it for crying out loud and quit making excuses. My company literally got their information changed within 2 days of our office move last month. It's not that hard. Get it done.
Called ahead the night before to make sure they would be open. The recording said that they would open at 11:00 a.m. drove over an hour to get here, to find out that they are closed. The sign says dine in closed but take out and curbside are available. Called to order my food for takeout, went through the voice prompts and kept being told that the They were busy and to please stay on hold. Stayed on hold for 20 plus minutes. They must be completely closed. Everywhere online says that they are open for takeout. Everywhere online says they're open from 11:00 a.m. on. The phone voice prompts even say that they're open and that you can order. What the hell. If you're not open you need to change the signs on your door and the hours online and edit your website and the Google maps page for your business and you freaking voice mail and voice prompt system. This is absolutely ridiculous.
