Great place to eat and love the train delivery system. Brings back childhood memories. I was introduced to fritz's as a child and so I have taken my son there. Also introduced my stepsons to fritz's and now my nephew and soon my granddaughter. Food is always fresh and hot The staff are always nice. Definitely bring your little train enthusiasts and enjoy the food.
Very affordable place. The train bringing your food to the table is an experience you have to see. Friendly and polite staff inside that brings drinks to you.
This is my favorite place to eat! The staff is so nice ??? And there's a Pokemon gym. The food is always good. My favorite is old fashioned Bacon cheese burger with grilled onions and fries.
The KC location is super small and had that cute old homestyle diner aesthetic. It was a slower time when we went so the ongoing train wasn't chugging. I found it odd yet charming that you order through an old telephone. The train brings the food to your table, which is so cool. This location did seem a little run down and could do with some updates here and there, but otherwise the diner aesthetic was on point. And the food was amazing, homestyle fry cooking at its finest, and the milkshakes are pretty good too.
Good little burger joint. Basic selection of classic foods. Quiet and cozy atmosphere. The staff were awesome. Something that's hard to find that often is that this was really affordable. Prices haven't seened to be hit by the economy.
Our granddaughter loves to watch the trains. The food is what expect from a local joint, always tasty. The original place just hits different for those of us who grew up with it.
We came from up by kci Airport to eat at the 18th st location. Knowing it closes at 4 pm on Saturday. We got there at 3 pm and a lady met us at the door and said they were closed. Maybe you should update the time on the door and the internet. Thank you
This restaurant is so unique. My 5 year old son loved that our lunch was delivered by a model train. He watched with fascination as the train steamed by over head taking food to tables. Pretty neat! The food was tasty, perfectly portioned, and prices were very reasonable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend for families with young children and everyone who loves diner food with a fun mode of delivery.
It was a very cool first time experience. The food is very very good! And to have it delivered by the train was awesome!! One suggestion is to remove, or fix, the broken glow machine. My nephew was very disappointed to not get anything out of it.
Friendly service, good food, and great prices.Overall everyone was super friendly and helpful.My only concern was with how dirty the train track and platforms were. When the box was stopped at our table we had dust fall onto us.
