Rude to employees, female taking my kids as in a rush, as if I was bothering her, man at the window rattled of my ordered again as if I was bothering him and started scratching his head while holding my debit card, ordered onion rings but got fries, both straws were broken, no ketchup or pickle on the burgers. I knew I should have went to Five Guys.
Worst experience, no stars! They couldn't find my online order that I paid for. I showed them my email confirmation and they just ignored me for a good 20 minutes before someone finally asked what my order was. I'm not looking for something for free or even a discount but one would think that after making me wait more than 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time they would have offered a coupon to get me to come back. My order wasn't even complicated or special, just 2 single cheeseburger combos. My pickup time was 12:56 so not the height of the lunch rush. Won't be going back to that location.
Went through the drive and the person at the window didn’t even tell me my total didn’t even talk in general like If your having a bad day stay home. Never going back customer service was just bad.
It's amazing how clean this place was absolutely gorgeous clean and with the amount of customers they have they keep it all together was an enjoyable place
We love Freddie's, and live locally. We've had good experiences in the past at this location, but over the past several months, it's not uncommon to receive cold food and wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru. We usually lean toward the benefit of the doubt, but can't understand what is causing this when we look in the drive thru window and see plenty of staff on the clock, but service at a snails pace.
Ordered brownie concrete and dirt and worms concrete. Received 2 chocolate custards. Usually go here after sporting games, but seems to be getting worse. Might need to find another ice cream place…
Love the burgers, only complaint is one shake on the salt when on the girl is sufficient. But great food otherwise. Great service.
Quick shout out to Creighton and Amelia for being open during a blizzard! Food was great as always but their service is just out of this world. Dedicated employees who care about what they do, I can't say that for most fast food spots. Thank you!
The closest we have in Indiana is Steak n Shake. Good burger and onion rings. Great frozen custard like Custers
The typical Freddies Experience. The order taker got my name and order and by the time I got to the window. I paid. My food was fresh, hot and served by a friendly checkout person at the window.
