Still a great burger, no doubt, but holy moly the PRICES! Burger, fries, drink was almost $20!! Can't 5-star that. Oh, and the checkout progress asks if you want to tip - for cooking the food and hollering a number. Poor taste. Red Robin is cheaper and better, sorry 5-guys.

The best burgers and can customize your own way! Everything is sold separately though, making for a pretty pricey ticket. But the food is good! Regular or Cajun fries, milkshakes, burgers, sandwiches and hot dogs!

They are never open when they're supposed to be open. The sign on the door says they're open until 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week and I've been there multiple times at 5:00 or 6:00 and they have not been open.

Waited 40 minutes for my order. They seemed to be staffed well, just poorly run. Burgers were good, but the wait was beyond acceptable!

Nothing wrong. Good burgers. Good fries. The guy who fixed up our bags and handed them to us is a green and earned the 5th star. He was a sweet, older fellow. Lovely!

This location should be closed down. It's never open, and when it is open, it's always dirty, the food is subpar, and the wait time is long. The cashier's boyfriend or friend threatened the other staff, and took orders that didn't belong to him.Just give up on this place.

great meanu, fast dine out

The past few times I've been here, there's been a middle-aged blonde lady who's been very unfriendly and it honestly ruins the whole mood. She will scorn people for going to the wrong counter to pick up to-go orders and yell at people for coming in if they move to online orders only. There won't even be signs saying they moved to online only! I just want a burger and fries and she makes doing so feel so stressful and complicated for no reason. I hope everything in her life is going ok but she does not need to take her problems out on customers.

I'm sorryBut I have to agree with most of the reviews five guys burgers are too overpriced for what you get.. the burgers are good but not worth $10 -12....that price range should give a small fry or drink with it! Plus you might wanna consider stronger hamburger buns..since customer can put up to 17 toppings...lowering the price or giving more for what the customer pays for might make a small difference

So, I have went to almost all of the Five Guys in the Kansas City area, and they flat out refuse to make fresh bacon for their burgers, even if you request it, they say they aren't able to do it. I was at the one on 39th and Rainbow. So, I went to IHOP, across the street and they made me some fresh bacon ?. Why is it that you would rather lose a customer, as opposed to satisfying the customer with fresh bacon? Is it that serious, I don't like nothing old, especially ?, WTH?
