First day doing the #KCKTacoTrail. Stopped at El Jefe and it is SO GOOD! ? recommend! Quesobirria taco was the best I've had yet - crispy, meaty, perfect pull to the cheese. The red salsa is like my aunt Rosie's (?) and the frijoles charros like my aunt Jesse's. I am obsessed. It's a tiny spot. Service is friendly. Restrooms are gender neutral. Prices are great.
