Was a horrible experience. Ordered 3 pizza’s only two showed up. Then called was told they never heard or seen my order had to give them several pieces of information before I was told, other one would be on the way took over an hour and a half to show up and was cold. Called waiting for it and the person was rude I asked his name and he hung up on me twice. Called again the manager didn’t even know what was going on. The manager should always know what is going on that’s the point of being a manager. Also still charged me the full amount!

***Adding a comment to my prior*** The store Manager (Brandy I believe) did end up refunding my entire amount, and offered an apology for the events below. The night staff evidently decided that working was not going to be their thing that night and shut off the phones as well as not preparing any food for the evening. But, they did refund my money.Ordered pizza on 06.12.22, the pizza was ordered at 8:33pm with a supposed 50-60 minute wait. Come 10 P.M. there was still no pizza delivered despite receiving a text from them that the delivery was on its way. I called the store phone number online and hung up at a wait time of 11 min. 43 sec., I am still trying to get through to the store to get my refund processed with no progress still. I will need to visit in person. around 10:30 P.M. the tracker finally said it was completed, but we never received anything!!! Thank goodness I had some frozen chicken nuggets for the kiddo! Save yourself the time and order from somewhere else, these people can not even answer a phone.

I can’t say anything about delivery, just carry out.It’s not bad. The pizza itself is a bit lower quality than other Domino’s I’ve ordered from, but the service is pretty quick and they’re friendly. Sometimes all of the toppings are clustered on like one slice of pizza. But not bad. Most of the negative comments seem to be about delivery.

Delivery times are HORRIBLE. The only saving grace is that the pizza is good and every 3-4 months they give you a free one. But to wait for an hour and a half to 2 hours EVERY time is bonkers. Today I went and picked it up after a 1.5 hour wait. The girl at the counter seemed extra annoyed that I wanted the delivery fee and tip refunded on a pizza that I picked up. Wild.

Awful experience! Food took almost two hours to arrive after sitting out for over an hour...Very cold. Tried calling the store and waited 25 minutes for someone to answer and NOTHING. Do not order from here! (Edit: After checking my bank statement the next day, the driver also gave themselves a nice tip without my consent!)

This location is currently understaffed. One pizza maker, One delivery driver. If you've placed an order on the app it will be a bit of a wait until you receive your order. They are also having network issues. If you call you may receive a message saying their phone is disconnected. I went in person to straighten things out and saw their situation first hand. The person on site who was making pizzas and filling orders was extremely kind and apologetic. They are doing their absolute best to fulfill orders and have them delivered.

The management that runs this store has it so short staffed. We waited nearly 4 hours for our delivery and checked the tracker to see where they were in making our order. 45 minutes of it saying it was out for delivery and then magically saying it had been dropped off. Suprise! There was nothing there. We called and asked what was going on and whoever answered the phone told us that they thought we had canceled our order. There was no indication from anywhere that we had canceled anything. This was the worst experience I've had with a Domino's.

I try to give as many good reviews to places that earn it as bad. This place is bad. Their prices are already high and even more so with a delivery, it's usually cold, nuggets are bread crumbs, don't buy sauce cause they won't bring it, delivery drivers say they'll come back with EVERYTHING you paid for and they don't, don't bother getting extra sauce or cheese on the pizza they won't do it, and when they say they'll refund you... they forget lol. Go Pappa John's. I won't even order here anymore. 4 times in a row the order was trash. When they fire everyone here and hire people who care about making money and doing a decent job, I'll reconsider. And I used to work at a pizza place myself lol.

Never answers the phone, I cannot remember the last time they got my order right. Last time I was there I was helped by a lady with a bloody nose while her daughter was climbing on the prepping table sneezing all over it. Was declined a delivery order because the driver didn't want to drive his car passed construction, no calls letting me know he wasnt bringing my pizza. Terrible service around.

Order was never delivered. Waited 2.5 hrs. No one ever contacted me to let me know. This is the second time. Never again. Also have been trying to get a hold of someone at the store or corporate for a refund for the past 24hrs, guess they can’t get pizza delivery right or answer the phone…
