Miranda was awesome. This is my fast food pizza stop..Domino's really takes care of their customers
I went to Domino's for my clents husband today because of a recent fall he had a week or so ago and I must say Jeffrey, Miranda and Kelly are the most caring, concerned staff I have ever experienced before. They didnt charge for the pizza I had ordered for them and they wrote a VERY caring note on the box that stated "Get well soon with a heart snd then signed Domino's. This was a very touching moment for myself Norma and my client Barbara and her husband Clarence. Thank you for your superior customer service and your caring hearts. God has blessed us. I recomnend Domino's Pizza to anyone wanting pizza. Its tasty, fast and a phenomenal day staff (Jeffrey, Miranda and Kelly). Lord Bless!!!
I just had a issue with my order. I get it sometimes people mess up I work retail. But the young gentleman I was speaking to just repeated my order over and over at least 15 times tells me my order will be fixed then says there is nothing they can do. After I just spent nearly $40 I asked to speak to the manager (Landon) got on the phone and admittedly fixed it the issue without asking my 15 times what my order was. He was very polite and friendly! We need more Landon's in the world. This young man needs a raise.
These people on the evening shift are great people. You can put carry out order in and go sit and visit with this group and just have fun I'm a customer but they make me feel more than that a friend 2
My pizza was 20 minutes late, ordered on the app, which will not allow me to give feedback since the worker did not inform the app that I received the pizza. It was to be ready by 5:08 and I was there at 5:07. Miranda finally brought me the pizza for my contactless delivery at 5:29. Although I had marked the app to have the pizza put in the passenger side, she insisted on giving it to me on the passenger side. The pizza itself was laughable. I will attach a photo of the chicken taco pizza that cost me $22. I will never be back at this Domino's nor use their app again.
Ordered pizzas about 3 weeks ago it wasn't cooked we had to recook it because the dough was raw called and was told I had a credit added to my account just went to use this credit and they have no record of the credit while on the phone with the lady trying to get it figured out I get hung up on. Will not be ordering from here again!
Staffing has attitude problems. Expect 20 extra minutes past the amount of time suggested for all of your stuff to be done. Even when checker says full order is complete it will not be. Don’t experience this when I order from other county Domino’s locations.
Pleasantly surprised. Clean and very nice pizza shop. Friendly employees, my order was ready on time to the minute & most of all great pizza. Great job!
We ordered a day early for a large order of pizzas that we needed before 11am. The managers were accommodating and the pizza was delicious. Thanks Domino's!
Don't never ever never ever order from "THIS" Domino's. I am a faithful life long customer of domino's pizza nation wide. As a truck driver you can imagine how hungry one gets after driving 6 or 7 hundred miles a day. This dominos will not deliver your food. I don't know why you can pay up front online and even give a generous tip,it really doesn't matter this store is poorly managed. I called about every 40 minutes or so you get a different reason each time... I'm putting it in the oven now..or the driver just left with your order. I am only 1 mile away and it's been 2 hours!!! I have not received my order. This store needs new management.
