Seems this dominoes needs more help. My pizza was out of the oven at 9:27....10:15 I'm still waiting for delivery so I called and they hung up on me without even answering 3 times in a row. Finally at 10:18 they updated the tracker to in delivery.... the store is 6 min away....it's not 10:30... still no pizza. I'm sure it's cold by now since it's been out of the oven for over an hour sitting on a shelf. I would have appreciated a phone call or the store answering instead of hanging up knowing I was calling about my pizza. And yes I did tip 20% I still cannot get them to answer my phone call.
Went to pick up my order and had 20 in cash and was planning to pay the rest on card, which was 85 cents. Show up to pay and the person who checked me out told me not to worry about the 85 cents ? It’s only a couple cents but it made my day! Not to mention pizza was great! Definitely a 5 star from me, thanks Domino’s ?
I would rate this place negative stars if I could. Corporate might as well close this location permanently. I ordered $76 worth of food on 7/8/2022 at 10:54PM and here it is 7/9/2022 10:58AM and I still have not gotten my food. The restaurant closes at 3:00AM and I called several times after my order and kept getting hung up on after 3 rings. I could care less about the food at this point. I need my money I'm owed. Don't order from this location (Domino's #1544 Kansas City, MO)."Ashley is prepping your food." LIES LIES
Placed an order that the store confirmed and charged me for, but NEVER rec'd. Attempted to call after 20 minutes after noticing there was no progress on order. Phone rings and then just hangs up. Attempted again this morning to contact the store, same thing, no answer. Called and selected the option to place an order, and I was able to speak with someone twice. They attempted to transfer my call to their store manager...guess what? Disconnected again. Filing a complaint with the corporate customer service. Wish I'd have thought to check these reviews first.
My staff and I placed a delivery order at this store at 1150AM. The confirmation email stated delivery would be 24-34 minutes. I kept the tracker up. At 1206PM, the tracker went to quality check status. As of 119PM we have not seen our order. The tracker still shows it is being quality checked. I tried to call the store 3 times with it ringing 10-13 times then disconnecting. The fourth and fifth attempt to contact the store there was an automatic message that said the store wasn't taking delivery orders but you could press one to reach the store. Pressing one got three rings then disconnected. I attempted to contact the corporate help line listed on the page. It has no humans. Just suggests that you text them or tweet them! I understand staffing shortages. But you would think they would call and ask if we want to pick it up or cancel. Not charge us, which they did, and let it sit in limbo. Sadly may be our last attempt at Domino's for lunch at work. Pizza Hut next time.
UPDATE: Pizza was never delivered; store hung up on each and every one of my inquiry calls.Do you want cold pizza, one week from now? Do you love it when no one answers your calls? Great, order from this location. Enjoy.
Never…EVER order from here. Not worth the frustration. Waited 2 hrs for an order only to be called and said it could not be delivered. They have no problem taking the order, (and my money) they just can’t hold up their end of the purchase by providing what I paid for.This branch needs to be closed. They should not be open if they can’t staff.
Ordered took over 2 hours to get here, would continuously hang up on me while trying to call and cancel. Pizza finally got here and was completely wrong. Did not eat wrong order as well. Unsure if it’ll be easier to call store or dispute charge with bank.
I ordered online, they canceled my order, I called to fix the issue and they hang up on me. trash service. if you want pizza don't order from here. it's absolutely ridiculous. I will make sure they all get fired I'm taking this to the higher ups.
They are consistent! Consistently horrible. How can an order that you estimated would take 45-55 min to be delivered, take more than 4 hours!? FOUR HOURS! I ordered 6:30pm and pizza was delivered at 10:50pm. And that's not a fluke! It's been the same scenario the past 3 times I've ordered. Shame on me for forgetting how absolutely horrendous ordering from the Westport Dominoes is. EVERY TIME! I called 3 times! You won't answer your phone and I can't cancel the order online. I have finally given up hope and fed my children something else. Again. Done with this nonsense when Pizza Hut in the same neighborhood can and will deliver within 20-40.
