Always slow, never honor hours of operation for dine in, terrible. It's almost sad that you want to come back for the lady that waits on us but don't because nothing is right. EVER. We always end up waiting an hour to order and 45 minuets for 2 basic breakfast meals. I truly don't get why I keep trying to give this place a try.
My wife and I had breakfast here and it has to be the best Denny's that we have been to in quite a well. Food was great and quickly served. Our server Miss Annie was awesome.
I really wish I could give them no stars. The worst Denny's experience I've ever had. The waitet (Lamont) had a additude, because he was the only waiter work. On a KC Royals game night which isn't the customers fault. Then got the food one of the kitchen crew members (Tazara) brought it to our table. In which he was told that all of our food was salty. He blamed it on prepacking I eat Denny's alot and I don't have that issue. They tried to remake some of our food but it was saltier than the first time. None of the drinks had carbonation they were all flat. We still paid for the food $44.87 for the food. To make it all worse me and my fiance ended up getting food poison. I called this morning to try to speak to a manager. When I called the phone would ring and then hang up. At this point it's a full refund or pay for my hospital bills. Can corporate or the local KC manager reach out to me please and thank you.
The food was prepared exactly as requested. The restaurant and bathroom was clean. The service was excellent. Miss Annie didn't let our cups get less than half full. Best meal I've had at Denny's in years.
The restaurant was clean, and we were seated right away. Our Greeter/Server, Sue L was the highlight of our visit. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, quick and efficient. The food was OK, but not as good as it used to be. We might go back once more to see if we just hit them on an off day.
Food was good, prepared correctly... Service was good from waitress. Paying bill at register took a long time due to short staffing... Other than that.it was a good experience.
The broccoli and corn was good, the chicken fried steak was tasty, and the chicken biscuit and gravy bowl was very filling. Take out was extremely fast for me. It took less than 15 minutes for my order to be ready.
Some of the food was good like the nachos. But ordered an appetizer with 3 items... Chicken tenders, onion rings and cheese sticks. Not very satisfied with the way they were prepared...like the cook put all three in the fryer at the same time and onion rings were probably defrosted when added... the onion rings were stuck to the chicken tenders and cheese sticks and not cooked well

Great experience last nice. My grilled chicken with bacon, Swiss cheese, grilled onions with bourbon sauce was cooked to perfection. I had to tip the cook.
