August 1 our waiter was John and he was horrible! He keep leaning over the table and touching my food! No refill for the men. He brought the food out randomly and we all eat at different times. My portions were smaller than everyone else. I was so unhappy with the service.
This place is awesome to go in the morning, during the week!! Wonderful wait staff, great food and a nice place to end our week of night shift! We go almost every Thursday morning now because of such good experiences.
Waitress was one of the best ? she had worked an extra long shift,and was over theTop in pleasant attitude.I am handicapped and she offered to help me to my car with my leftover food and she just was really sweet.
Felt strange in here tonight. Im not sure why. When i got my to go sandwich, it was soggy, hard to ear
Walked in, did not get greeted. Got sat down and our waiter decided to skip us and help a different table. Eventually another waitress was kind enough to take our order, after 15 mins of waiting. Waited another 10 mins for our food to be brought to us, the pancakes were burnt and my burger was made incorrectly. The waitress watched as I picked at my burger and offered me napkins to put the condiments I had requested off my burger to wrap them in. She didn’t even acknowledged the very visible burnt pancakes. Will not be returning. Do not recommend this place.
This is the worst place to go literally 1 waitress, 1 cook and 1 counter person.The staff could of put more effort into their appearance.The waitress lost our ticket was very stressed and frazzled.Suggested she give our milk right away otherwise we may not get it which made the milk warm when our meal finally arrived our table (who likes warm milk).I wouldn't recommend this place not for any time ... day or night.
I had the new Mile High Denver Omlette, with hash browns covered in cheese and several vegetable toppings and toast. It was a very delicious meal and waitress was on top of her game. My coffee cup never once went empty. I made the right selection today.
Loved the restaurant to myself surprisingly finished the whole thing. Just weird to eat in since Covid.
Server wanted to slow seat us, seat 4 other tables ahead of us and yet not even bother to ask us if we were even remotely ready to order, then proceeds to cop an attitude when she knew we were the 1st ones there, but when brought up that we were ready to order first before everyone else, "well, I'm sorry sir, I'm the only one here"Took practically 20 minutes for our appetizer, another 55 minutes for my food, only for it to come out wrong, asked for no hashbrowns and no pancakes, still had to waste them, what a sad disappointmentAbsolutely poor excuse, like really captain obvious? You don't say? I would have never guessed, I understand, I get itI completely felt bad because I took my best friend out and all I could do was complain the entire timeIf you can't even get simple breakfast practices down, why are you even open during these times? Freaking kidding me?
Denny's is a Great restaurant......unfortunately THIS location is completely opposite of that. What would be Great is to just close this location? they have neglected the surrounding community, taking our money not following directions, forgetting drinks, THE WORST night customer service by far. ??
