Love the custard but can't get used to the waiting for what you've already paid for 30 yards away just for ice cream. The employees need to be more vocal when reciting your order with the actual price. Hate to not know what the total is before I get to the window. Haven't ever liked a cheeseburger and fries for a meal. I prefer to enjoy that on a grill while enjoying visiting with the family.
My wide had a great cheese burger. I had a some really good chicken tenders. The restaurant was clean and busy. Finding a fast food restaurant that is busy and then clean on the inside seems so rare in today's new normal. Staff did a Great job.
Food was great. The cod sandwich is delicious. The staff was very friendly and the service was very good and they had our food for our large group out to us much quicker than would be expected.
It seems that no matter when I visit that store, the quality of the food & drink is impeccable. Fresh! I was @ drive thru so didn't take any pics. Only thing is that I couldn't find my burger card?

Asked for wild cherries and pecans on a single serve sundae. Two toppings. That's it. My boyfriend brought it home to me, and we both noticed that it was wrong, and the employee had failed to give him a receipt. I called the manager to inform him what had happened, and proceeded to be told that I was in the wrong for not specifying between a "wild cherry" and a "cherry pie filling" topping. The person I spoke with told me to come in and ask for "Jason". I assume that's who I was speaking with. Hey, Jason, buddy, I looked up the menu and I saw "wild cherry" as an option, but didn't see anything about "cherry pie filling" anywhere. When a customer calls you, you make it right. You don't proceed to try to make them feel stupid for having the audacity to go to your business and expect to receive what they had ordered. You were rude and insincere and you make our visits worse. We don't have any problems with Cody. When an issue arises; he takes care of it. He's responsible and does a good job. You're incompetent and should be fired.

In my opinion Culver's right now has the best fast food burger for the money. If you go through drive thru ensure your order is correct as they get busy and sometimes either forget something or didn't make your order right. I tend to go there inside to eat, but lately due to Covid-19 spreading I have been getting it to go. I love the double bacon cheesburger with everything with large onion rings meal. It is really good and probably my favorite fast food burger right now. The cost is $$$ out of $$$$$, so be wary you will spend a bit more than McDonalds or Wendy's, but it is worth it.
A little longer wait is expected. They make all of their food fresh to order. I have always found them to be very friendly and eager to please. Their butterburgers are excellent and topped with fresh vegetables and condiments. They have crinkle fries standard. I have to let them cool off a little before I can eat them. They also serve battered and fried cheese curds. A little pricey, but worth it. Two basket meals will run you about 20 dollars.
