Twice in a row I've come up here and they've been out of cake better ice cream. Tonight they were out of cake batter and cones. Needless to say we left without purchasing anything and went elsewhere. Beyond frustrating when you make a special trip up there and they are out of everything you went up there for. Not sure why they can't beef up their production in the store during the summer and especially when there are events going on. We won't be attempting to go back now that we have struck out twice. Parking is a nightmare on top of it all!
I got the love it size Silk brand chocolate almond milk ice cream, almond milk shake which was excellent
The Customer service is outstanding very friendly and helpful. I actually spoke with one of the owners, that walked me through the online ordering process, he was patient and helpful. Not only is the customer service great the ice cream and the ice cream cakes are delicious, everything at Cold Stone is delicious !

This Cold Stone location is awesome. My family visited the other day while we were perusing the Legends & they did not disappoint. One of the owners served us & his customer service was phenomenal, although we didn't get his name. We will definitely be stopping by any time we are in the area.
The people that served us are always super nice. If you keep it simple or do one of their mixes it wont cost a lot. But overall a lot of different stuff to pick from and also have ice cream cakes there.
Took my Sweetheart there for some cake batter icecream. Definitely the place to go for amazing icecream.
