Very nice ice cream shop. The shop was kind and the ice cream was delicious. Got the cheesecake special in waffle cone, it was a really good dessert on a hot day! My favorite were the little chunks of cheesecake bread/crumb !
Easy to order and great staff. Made me feel welcomed and very nice overall. Also very clean both inside and outside. Ice cream is very recommended.

My brother took me here for ice cream once, and it was kind of funny because the lights were flickering and one was completely burnt out these two guys were talking like a shady deal was going down, one said "it's in the back by the waffle cones" before they both turned around to look at me and my brother in an awkward manner before the one who spoke left and the guy behind the counter took our orders. It was a very awkward couple of minutes before me and my brother left laughing at whatever we just saw.All I gotta say is ice cream is good, but atmosphere bad if you want to sit inside.
I used to like this place and eat there every time I come to plazaToday some guy took my order, very rude, it wasn’t even busy, barely put ice cream in my cup. When I told him there is not enough Ice cream in the cup he gave it to me and said this the last time I put you extra.This does not deserve one star

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!! My friend's mom ordered her a birthday cake to be delivered to her with her name on it and the wrong cake was delivered. She called them and they said that they gave the delivery guy the wrong cake. At first they said they would deliver the correct cake but it never came. Later they tried to claim that it was door dash's fault and that we would have to not only order but PAY for a new cake. Now they are refusing to bring the correct cake or even give a refund. The manager claims that he does not know what to do and that he is new on the job. One time on the phone he even had the gall to say I'm sorry this happened but I am busy and have to go. Never even called back! He failed to make any kind of effort to rectify the situation. He also says his boss may call but says that could be whenever. Usually we love cold stone and this branch. Massive failure!!!!
Don't order delivery. I ordered through their website, used a Coldstone giftcard. You know what I got? Go Chicken Go. Can't talk to the local Coldstone, they say "Talk to Doordash". Well, your link is broken, the driver won't pick up and I ordered through you! This is the problem with routing through Doordash. Even the link from Coldstone to rate the Doordash driver was broken.
I came here the morning of February 12th to celebrate Valentine's Day early with my boyfriend. It was still cold out so there was no wait. I ordered the Oreo cookie dough ice cream (The Way the Cookie Crumbles) in the Gotta Have It (Large) size.It was pretty good, though honestly at the moment I should've ordered the medium size instead. It was filling to the point of nearly making me sweet-sick.The price was a little on the expensive side, but is to be expected for this ice cream shop chain. Service was alright, nothing to write home about. I do imagine the store gets very busy once the weather warms up though.
The man behind the counter was super disrespectful to my family when we came in. Mocking us and telling us to call corporate after we asked why didn’t didn’t have a certain flavor.
