The food was fresh and hot!?No wait in the drive thru!
I ordered from doordash and this store gave my order to somebody who never confirmed the order and never delivered it. When we contacted the store, they said "well, we're not remaking that large of an order. Ok bye" and hung up on us. We called them back and they agreed to remake the order so we drove up there. They were throwing food and cardboard food containers while complaining about the people in drive thru. They were extremely inappropriate. After we stood there listening to them talking about needing to remake our order, they decided not to make it. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude. We asked for the owners number and he rambled off the number faced away from us and we had to ask again bc he wasn't being clear. He got annoyed that we asked and he again said "ok bye" like we were the inconvenience for wanting the food we paid for. Now we have no food we paid for and have to wait the 7-10 business days to receive our refund.
The chicken was dry and wat over cooked. Call them got answering machine left message never called me. Refused to refund for it
It's been years since I have had Churches, and it's a good as I remember.
Placed an order online and was ready for pickup within minutes. Order was correct and hot. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean.
Delicious ! First Timers !!! Everything was so tasty. We had the Big Texas combo..I think that's what they called it. Came w 3 dark pieces of chicken..2 sides..and cheddar honey biscuit..and drink for $7.00 generous portions. We also tried the apple pie. Very good! Looking forward to having a location in Nebraska!
Went to the one on parallel had no white meat ordered 3pc mixed which says it has 2 sides biscuit and drink since no white meat I said just change to dark did not get biscuit or drink and they charged me for my 2 sides on each dinner I tried to tell them but they said that was correct need to train your people to substitute when out of certain things and also they need to know what the menu says when looking up on internet
On this day my food was hot and correct. I received what I ask in my order. Some time the men at the window in a rush and mess up nor check order. But I still like this Churches?
Every time I go to church's chicken doesn't matter which one it's horrible. Not like it used to be growing up. On central in kck the young lady at the drive thru, she needs a hug. Way too rude to be so young. Church's chicken is crossed off my places to eat.
$15 to feed 4 people, on actual good food is hard to do anywhere. They forgot all of our rolls and we we realize till we were home watching the super bowl. Otherwise awesome chicken
