Great for lunch and dinner. This place has never let us down in all the years we've lived in KC. Been going to this place since the 80's. Glad it is still there.
Chicken was so cold and over cooked at the same time didn't even feel like it was under a heat lamp and so was the biscuits and mashed potatoes.
Rude customer service… they forgot my drink & all my chicken was dry!! Very disappointing because I was looking forward to a good meal..
Got the 10 for 10.99 dark be meat special. When I arrived at home 3 of the drumsticks were drumettes and not chicken that I would have accepted had I looked into the box before leaving the drive thru. I did try to call instead of leaving this review but they didn't answer their business line and it went to voicemail. I feel cheated.
It's good chicken ?? and side dishes,tea and other drinks and stuff.
It was 6pm and I was informed they had no white meat only dark. Not good when your out of product right at the dinner hour.

Poor poor customer service, I will never take my business there ever again!! Staff is rude and not educated on customer service!! Whoever manages this store needs to take another look at employees and their non customer service skills!!!
Went and got some chicken today. Order the 10 for 10.99 and asked for half and half. Ended up with only 2 not being spicy. Also the worker at the window did not speak up nor spoke clearly. I had to ask her twice what the total was cause I did not hear her. She also had a very bad attitude when I asked for some sauces since they didn't give me the sauce when I ordered.
