This Chipotle is always busy but they move as quickly as they can. Food was good, portions were fair although pricing has definitely gone up
Got double chicken go to my car and open and see this half bowl! Double chicken for almost a half empty bowl. Could of just got three gallons of gas instead
I personally believe this chipotle needs to have an extra kitchen for the online order. I waited in line for 20 minutes. Worst and slow customer service. The line is out the door. And when I get to the front of the line they’re out of stuff. Why they got people who are in training at the busy hours.
Ordered online for pickup at 1:30. Wasn't ready until 2:10. Absolutely ridiculous. Then asked for the vinaigrette dressing, she tried to tell me they didn't have any even though it was only 2:00 and that nobody was going to go back and make any more. Again, even though it was only 2:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday...... Horrible customer service. I know it's hard to come by this day and age but at least the one checking people out has to have it
Ordered on door dash for pick up 5 people waiting to get there pick up while the cashier continues to check people out no organization this order was the worst with barely anything on our bowls half the toppings I selected were not on the receipt nor was the entire order shown on the receipt also paid for a LARGE CHIPS AND GUAC which I did not receive 60$ dollars of disappointment for sure
Haven't been to chipotle in about a year. Was in line behind 10 people and it took 39 minutes to get order and leave. There were 5 people sitting and waiting for pickup orders when I arrived. 2 we're still waiting when I left 39 minutes later. Too slow to bother going back. I like the food, but not worth the wait. Too bad
The food is delicious. I order Burritos and they made my burrito as soccer ball which make me eat hard. I am not sure from where I can start eating my burrito. Can use less food items and make longer to make easy to eat.
Good food but the staff could use some improvement! The woman at the register was funny and helpful, but there was an issue with a few of the guys.I was there with a friend eating and having a great conversation around 8:30pm and the bus boy (I'm guessing) started moving chairs away from tables discouraging people from sitting at the tables. So me and my friend asked what time they were closing. He said 10pm. So we were wondering why he was making the tables off limits so early. He said, "We are pre closing so we don't end up getting out of here at midnight." Wow.So me and my friend continued our conversation until around 9:40pm. Suddenly, the busser guy comes over to us and starts wiping our table! No eye contact. No words. No warning. Just starts wiping so we are scooting toward the end of the table and he keeps wiping! So we sit there ending our conversation and we notice the guys behind the counter are eyeing us! It was the rudest thing that we've experienced. The bus boy should be fired and the guys behind the counter should be trained in customer service.Good food though! We both had the burrito bowl and it was delicious! ?We probably won't be going back to that location. So rude
My burrito was very smaller than normal. Front line employees were not friendly. Didn’t have time to go back, so I decided to go to McDonald’s to fulfill my need for hunger. Since my $13 burrito mini size did not fill me up, but of course it tastes good.
Food was fine but the staff could not handle the line. It took 30 minutes for me to move from the door to the counter. Staff was preparing to-go orders (I think) and ignoring the customers in front of them.
