Food is good, service is good but you have to wait in line for online orders which kind of defeats the whole purpose of having that option. Plus your food gets cold while you wait in line. Not very convenient.

Very unprofessional, I had an online order and went in to pick it up and they said our order was " stolen " that someone picked it up already. They proceeded to make our order again. Once I got home and checked it , it was completely wrong !!! We called up there and the manager has an attitude and was being completely unprofessional. We had to drive all the way back there so they could remake it , but she told us to get in the back of the line and wait. Once we got up to the line she's started being rude , as if it was our fault they messed up the order. This place has gone down hill.

Went in at 9 PM, the place was absolutely disgusting. Literally looked like a tornado went through it. Bags, chips, cheese, napkins all over the ground. The trash was piled up about 2 feet above the top of the trash can. Straws were flung about on the counter, which was also dirty. It looked like it was being ran by a bunch of high schoolers which it probably is. 4 of them were just standing there on the line talking and laughing. We ended up leaving without getting anything because we didn’t want to risk getting sick. Do better Chipotle.

Clean, food is pretty good. We always order on the app for pick up and orders are always ready on time. Once in a while we have to run in circles to get our drinks, but they're usually quick to get us what we need.

Will not eat here again! Pay for extra sour cream or cheese and get nothing. Multiple times with multiple issues. Bowls are always extremely watery and nasty

Worst location I have been to. They skimped hard on my order as well as those before and behind me. Probably just over a tablespoon of barbacoa on my bowl. It was the sad. They were stingy with the cheap ingredients.I’m talking like half of there serving spoons of rice. My bowl would have been half empty if I didn’t get every additional topping. Overhear the cashier arguing with a customer ahead of me because he complained of the small amount, and she wanted to charge him for extra meat because he had already had “the normal portion”(which it definitely wasn’t) Will never eat at this location again. Definitely a ripoff.

Need additional staff that do not have an attitude. Drink station needs to be checked on a rotation. A person waited for ice for like 15min and the Teas were empty.Usually have better service but not that night.

This chipotle has come a long way.... They still have quite a bit of work to do on order times but at least I know it's going to be delicious even if I do have to wait an additional 45-60 minutes on my mobile order. Just kidding it was only 15-20minutes the last time. There was once upon a time when I had to wait over an hour past my mobile order pick up time not long ago. So I'm seeing progress!

I use the app to place my orders and I am successful most of the time. My main complaint is this Chipotle is hands down the worst at making chips compared to all the other Chipotles in the Kansas city area. I dont understand why this is so hard to figure out. Every other Chipotle at the very least warms their chips and salts them with lime salt. This location appears to pull them out of one bag and throws them in another. What the hell.

There was a communication barrier in trying to order our food. I'm not upset at that, the problem was when I ordered chicken as my meat and noticed it was at the very bottom of the container I tried asking for fresh chicken and not the dried crumbs at the bottom. But she didn't understand me and maybe thought I asked for double. Kinda went back and forth but just decided to proceed. The two stars is because of how clean the stor was. I noticed food and dirt lining the walls as if just swept there, not one table cleaned of or sanitized. The outside trash overflowing and food smashed into the concrete. Birds were all over the patio for that reason and one actually landed on our table and hopped towards our food to get some. That represents the birds or animals are use to this type of condition and know there is food for them. I would recommend management or owner to address this, not the language barrier issue, but the cleanliness of the establishment.
