CHIPOTLE IF YOU READ THIS FIRE YOUR GENERAL MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION IMMEDIATELY! If you do venture to eat at this location do not order it on the app or call an order in. They will skimp your order and rush it since they are always busy. Always order it in person and eat it there.Secondly, check your receipts before you leave. I’ve been charged for double meat or a full size queso when I just requested it on my burrito and not on the side.Unfortunately this is the only close chipotle. The next closest one from me is a 35 minute drive unfortunately. Hopefully they fire the general manager here and get a new one because this location sucks all around. They never clean the tables so if you do dine in you have to clean the table first. Floors are dirty and bathrooms are dirtier.
Do not, I repeat DO NOT go to this Chipotle. It is by far the absolute worst one I've ever been to. By a landslide too. Almost walked out when they were making my bowl. They put 1 small scoop of rice and chicken when its supposed to be multiple. It's the smallest bowl I've ever received. And to to top it all off...every single table was dirty. Every. Single. One. I was genuinely blown out of the water by how bad this one was. Should've walked out.
Consistent food as usual, it’s frustrating to stand in line, and not have the line move at all because they’re only making online orders. The dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or even touched up in days.
The guy literally gave me 10 pieces of steak I asked could I have more and he said “extra steak? Okay” like why are they so stingy with the meat. I paid for extra meat which wasn’t even extra meat it was what I should’ve gotten in the first spoon.That’s ridiculous for the price I paid. Do better
They do have a keto chicken or steak bowls now which is really cool. Problem was the servers didn't know that. I had to explain what the website showed what was in it. A minor complaint really. The food tasted great.
I eat at this location weekly....the tables are always dirty. So, when they say they are working on health and safety, that is untrue. I finally asked today when going through the line if they would wipe the tables and it was responded to me as if it was an inconvenience. We waited 5 or more minutes, then someone came and wiped down 2 tables when clearly all tables had been used.
When we got up there the lady kept staring at us not saying anything while making other orders. Then you could hardly understand them plus they were out of the fruit, chips, & lemonade. Also the women’s bathroom was out of order. All of there tables where dirty so was the floor. When there was 7 people working.
Just terrible! Ordered a chicken fajita bowl. The rice was seriously undercooked and the salt shaker must have fallen into it. Charred black pieces of who knows what in it. Needless to say that this was not edible. Wasted money!

Nasty!! She just fling the food in my bowl and she scraped the dirty rice OFF THE COUNTER ans PUT IT IN MY BOWL! They don’t move fast they just move really sloppy and nasty. Wanted to gag when I was in there. Just look at the photos. Also when I went home to eat the chicken, the food smelled like wash cloth and tasted like it was rotting. What is happening to this location and why has no one sorted the many issues after so many bad reviews????? The chicken was badly burned. This place literally made me vomit.
