This is the "salad" the manager stood by. Customer care could also care less.
I would like a manager of this location to contact me, please. I expect a refund of the bag of chips I purchased, which had maybe 10 chips that barely covered the bottom of the bag. This is not acceptable. You need to do some quality control.
Please go elsewhere. When ordering through a delivery app, they always skimp on your order and the portions. When I do go into the store, it is typically filthy and the staff tend to be rude. Do not recommend.
this chipotle is always nasty! I have to tell the employees all the time to change their gloves after they then did 1 million things then want to serve your food. The place is always messy food all over the place, yet have to ask them to clean the mess up before sliding my food down the line. Please tighten up the cleaning. Food has been very bland lately to. Use to be my favorite chipotle in the kcmo area
Never EVER order from this chipotle using any food delivery service. Since you aren't there looking over your shoulder they will skimp on the meat every time. Just don't even give this store the time of day.
Ran out of cheese ... Wasn't informed of this fact until after my burrito had been constructed. Ran out of chips. Was told this after they poured my queso. Waited 5 minutes for change after dude locked himself out of the register. No apology or thanks. Paid full price. Amazing. Comical, actually.
haven't been to the plaza location since before covid. stopped in on 6/1 around 615 pm. there were only a couple people ahead of us, so it wasn't busy but the place was dirty. not one table was clean, literally. fortunately, we had hand wipes.overall, staff looked worn down, except one who seemed to be a new young guy working the burrito machine. he seemed more alive than the rest of them put together, including the the older woman with short hair and and terse demeanor, who worked next to him. the guy working the cash register was robotic and as unfriendly as the older woman at the other end of the food line. yikes. the hot food wasn't warm. it wasn't worth the $30 bucks we spent. two stars go to the new guy. hope he can hold out.
Place maybe 15% full. Floor and available tables all filthy. Food was good, usual fare. Slow Sunday night on a holiday weekend. Maybe pay the security guard a couple extra bucks to clean tables.
Don't bother ordering from this place unless you're watching them make your food. Nine times out of ten, your online order will be wrong and/or missing multiple items.
Service and food quality is hit or miss during the workday week. but when they hit;; they deserve 4 stars absolutely
