We were in at an off-peak hour. We were seated immediately and took our time studying the menu. Staff was attentive, patient and knowledgeable. Once we ordered, food arrived quickly and tasted delightful. A pleasant visit in all respects.

Usually food is awesome and would leave a 5 star but the waitress forgot my sides to my meal but we got that cleared up. She charged us for a meal that we never received but we also fixed that but the food was greay
Very disappointed in Chili's. In a little over a year I have probably spent 3,000 easily here and Barry Crossing used to be my favorite location. I have been to locations in KS, MO, OK, NE, CO, IA, and TX. I always get the same thing something from the 3 for 10 (or 10.99 recently), and an order of chips and Salsa with my rewards. Today I went into this location and was told they would not allow this. At first I thought about staying however I the end I didn't want to stay where my patronage is not valued. I ended up doing something I never have done before which is canceling my order and walking out.
We ate here the other day, and our server was by far one of the most amazing servers we’ve ever had. Sophie took care of all our needs and went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. She was so sweet and adapted to our vibe very well which made the interaction so much better! Thank you so much Sophie!!?
I just had the worst service of my entire life. I have worked in the service industry and I know it can be tough when you get in the weeds, but on top of this restaurant being understaffed, the employees were undertrained. Management seemed unconcerned with the customers. The tables around us waited upwards of 30 minutes for their drinks, and I am not exaggerating. I know staffing may be an issue but no one cared that this server was drowning and underperforming. Will never return.

the people next said this place was trash and we wholeheartedly disagree. we spent 50 dollars and got an appetizer, two entrees, two full desserts and 4 drinks. and we got to play trivia! best place ever and they didn’t even judge us for dressing like medieval women. also the people had an ugly baby. thank you chilis on barry road!
Server was super sweet even though it seemed like she was one of the only ones working the busy sunday lunch. She did a great job and the food was great. Wish i knew her name but had a dark ponytail. Very good service overall
This was an $8.25 marg. You only get 4-5 sips out of it... If you want something actually worth your money go somewhere else as this is the most mediocre drink I've paid for. On top of this I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger. Supposedly sautéed per their menu. They are not. It is baked, and yes dry and rubbery. Burger was way overcooked. Manager decided to try and make a scene when I told her to comp my tab, giving me rude attitude like it's her show so too bad. I will never go to any chili's restaurant every again. General managers name was Mickey.
