I went here hours ago and when I tell you the line was super fast. One of the workers took my order and about 90 seconds later I has my order. My order was finished before the 2 cars a head of me. When you come here don't think you will have to wait more than 5 minutes.
If '1' is the lowest rating, my experience in the drive-thru for dinner tonight was a '-1'. $50 spent netted me an entirely missing meal, mold on my strawberries in the fruit cup and a gaggle of clowns working the window, taking pictures of my car and acting entirely unprofessionally. I get having trouble recruiting fast-food workers but, once they're hired, they need to be managed. In speaking with the manager, Paul, I can understand why I had the single worst experience in a fast food drive thru I can recall. I already don't care for ChikFilA's politics. Now, I won't risk a repeat of a horrible experience. Too expensive to take another chance. Back to Cane's for this family!
5 star food and service, as always! Lost a star because they have their poor employees outside in the crazy hot/cold weather. Yeah, it's efficient, but if it's a permanent solution to the drive thru, build them a station with heat/ac. ?♀️
Always clean, professional, and polite. The consistency of this location fits with the National image they have. Great job, great store, fast service!
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was tasty and fresh. For the price, the portions were on the small side.
Me and my fiancé got sick last week the food was not all the way done we ask for extra sauce but they only gave us two the food use to be great but now it’s not good Anymore I feel like they are rushing the food and not letting it get cooked all the way I’m disappointed because I love Chick-fil-A needs new management and take their time with the customers food
Been going to this Chik-fil-a for a couple of years now. The food is delicious, hot and fresh. If Krispy Kreme and a chicken joint were to have a baby, it would be this place. It’s always soo good. A little zest puts your mouth to the test. So ask yourself, what heats up your mouth?
I ordered 10+ meals for our work lunch via carryout. When I unpacked all the items I realized there was 1 8ct nugget missing. I called the Chick fil a on Parallel Pkwy in KCK and Travis, without hesitation, told me he'd personally deliver it. Within 10 min Travis showed up with the nuggets and apologized for the inconvenience. Chick-fil-a has always been my favorite fast-food restaurant because of their customer service and quick drive-thru, but this experience sends them over the top of all hospitality-based companies! Thanks again Travis!
Never any complaints at Chick-fil-A until this visit. I asked for extra crispy fries and he told me that they're no longer allowed to do that. That just sucks.
I found plastic in my chicken. It seemed like it was cooked with it. Also I was missing my salad dressing.
