I've been meaning to check out this little food truck for a while, but wind/weather/circumstance kept getting in the way. I'm glad I finally made it out there, as this was an excellent pizza. In my opinion, the pizza here is some of the best you'll find in KC, which makes the fact it comes out of a truck even more impressive.The homemade sourdough crust is great, giving a great mix of firmness and lightness to what is otherwise a pretty heavy pizza with all the toppings and cheese. The sauce, also homemade, is on a different level; it's sweet and has some nice tang that compliments everything else on the pie.What would I change to make it perfect? Not much. A little less cheese, a little more sauce, but I'm really picking nits.If you're looking for some great pizza from a passionate and self-described Pizza Geek, give it a shot. You won't be disappointed!
Best pizza my husband and I have had in a while! So very tasty and the thin crust makes it so good! We will definitely order again very soon!
Highly recommend trying out Chef Baldee's! Can't believe I've rode by so many times without trying it until now. Sauce was tasty, crust had the perfect crispiness without cracking when you fold it, and had a lot of cheese. Chef Baldee is a nice friendly guy too! I'll definitely have to come back soon
Mr baldee has the by far the best customer service, and his pizza is very very good! And I’m a pizza snub lol so make the drive and get it. One of the best in the city forsure

You will not find a more friendly chef in the whole metro. Chef Baldee's Pizza is a fantastic hidden gem. The pizza is absolutely delicious and I cannot say enough good things about it! I look forward to the next time I go!
Chef Baldee's, wow I'm mad at myself for being 4 years late on such a good ZA! Chef Baldee is so friendly and cheerful how could you not love him or his pies. And the pies are superb! I will rate his pizza 5 stars over Minskys!

Good quality ingredients, good sauce sweeter sauce but still very good. Good dough because crust was delicious. Service was impeccable. If I have any gripe and this is strictly preference. I like a little less flop on my pizza
