Went there and ordered the bistec encebollado w rice & beans and tostones. As soon as I walked in... this very nice woman greeted me with love and respect. The food I had was flavorful. and beans came in their own container just in case I didn't want it together.Portions were enough and yes authentic just like when I lived in Ponce for a minute!Thank you Caribe Blue! I will be back with family!!!

Authentic Puerto rican Restaurant, friendly staff, and delicious food. The atmosphere is exactly what you would experience in many restaurants in Puerto Rico. Well worth the visit if you are in the area.
Just moved to kc not to long ago and have been feeling home sick. Fortunately I have some friends that recommended I try this place and it was amazing!! Food was great service was great and walking inside felt like back home. Thank you guys!!
New owners kept the same (if not better!) quality. Great and authentic puerto rican food. Fav place!!
The food was amazing! They also gave us large portions. Me and my boyfriend both got breakfast sandwiches and it came with a huge helping of fries. We’re both loved it. I’m a pescatarian so I got the veggie one and some places don’t have great options but this was great!!
So much variety and flavors. Hand made lemonade, my honey got potato salad as one of his sides, which as a Latin restaurant I thought was unusual. I got another order of it to go.Can't wait to go back.
I am so sad that the previous owners sold the place. First this is not authentic food, they are cutting corners so the food is dry and bland. Also the owner is nice but the help is unexperience and has no costumer service. They need a new cook that knows how to cook real Caribbean food.
