1 star because it's no option for less ..captin d's is delicious but I will say this location is the worse and this location makes me just go to a total different restaurant ..Very bad management and no real system in place. Never any food order my food online and went to pick up and lobby was closed had to wait in drive thru line for 45 min to get my order that I placed at 3pm for pick up at 5pm it was 6pm when I got food ..,very very upset they need to fix this location because others I go to run smooth

The line wait was ridiculously long a 1hr wait and the inside dine-in was closed. Got to the window and still waited 20min for our food we will never come back to this place. All the staff was wearing street clothes, The teenager at the window was wearing a White Tank Top smh what happened to corporate uniform

Ordered online to.make the order quicker only to arrive and the front door is locked and we waited in line for over an hour just to be told the items we ordered weren't in stock and they tried to substitute 4 lobster rolls with a piece of fish and 2 slices of cheesecake. When asked to refund the order they stated we had to go through the app. Never an apology given or an explanation why it was still active on the app if not available.

I usually love Captain D's but on this trip the inside was locked up so there was a line in the Drive-Thru wrapped around the building and once we got up to the window they informed us that they didn't have potatoes macaroni and cheese or tartar sauce. How can a fish place not have tartar sauce. Very poor experience

The food itself was great, but I waited almost an hour in line, the drive through intercom was broken, I didn't get my drink with the order and the service was awful they weren't clean or wearing gloves.

Line is always super long and never moves you pull up here you are going to wait 30-50mins, LOBBY IS NOT OPEN do not listen to the dine-in option displayed!!!! Whoever is in charge needs to hire more people and get some help in there for this slow a** line

Need to send the Health Department to this location for preparing loaded potatoes with rotten baconCausing me stomach cramps and diarrhea. I thought I was tripping with the smell was overwhelming it had a weird smell but I ate a couple of bites and I knew immediately the bacon was rotten.... I tried to call there to tell them to remove it but they wouldn't answer the phone63rd Troost needs to have an Inspection before someone dies..,

No point in ordering online, food will not be prepared until you get to the drive through window and then takes 4 to 7+ minutes. Interior of restaurant locked and staff did not answer phone. No curbside pickup or designated parking for online orders. No way to indicate you are here for an online order.It's appalling they are actually in business.Staff was apologetic and very friendly. But completely overwhelmed and unable to handle the business concept.Maybe they should close the dining room and just serve through delivery services.

This place is not organized, and they are giving us, less food , sometimes not cooked well. I live not far but i prefer the Indepence location, better service, not short changed on the food, an actual box of fries for the family pack and not just enough for two people like the troost location gives you. And very slow service. Where are the managers and owners when no one shows up for work, you are suppose to step in. Will always be a 1 to zero rating.

Extremely long waits, either under-staffed or ineffective management. We just waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and there was no forward movement so we left. Troost location used to be the best but has been declining for a couple of years.
