Sat at the takeout counter for 15 minutes. Several servers saw me standing and waiting. No staff was watching the desk. The phone rings and I thought they definitely have to come now. 2 minutes after that someone comes out and answers the phone and ignores me. I assumed they’d ring up my order or even at least acknowledge me. This particular location has gone down the tubes in both quality of personnel and food. Yay for cold wings and fries.Update: got to the car and my order wasn’t even right. Wrong flavor wings and no sauce on the side like requested. Not only that but they don’t give you utensils or napkins anymore. On the takeout bag it says available upon request. What a joke of a place.
VERY slow service we waited almost an hour for our lunch then when we got it no one ever refilled our drinks. We ordered chips and guacamole and had to send it back because it was flavorless and was brown like it had been left out. Over all incredibly slow service. Once we finally got our wings they were good but order mild sauce you won’t get a drink refill.
The food was good, but the service was an issue. I found out 15 minutes after I ordered that they were out of blue cheese to go with my wings and due to an allergy I can't use ranch. They then brought out my wife's entree but mine didn't come out. By the time my wife was half way through her meal we started to ask about mine. When the waitress didn't have an answer I asked her to cancel it. She then brought it out just as we were ready for the check and brought me a box. Granted they took my meal off the bill, but if I wanted take out I would have ordered it to go.
I am so absolutely impressed with this Buffalo Wild Wings! They were so patient and understanding when I brought my nephew in. He is both gluten and dairy free so finding somewhere to eat is an absolute NIGHTMARE! They kindly printed off the allergen and preparation guide so we could ensure that he would be safe. Shortly after we ordered, the manager came over to ensure that they do everything in their power to accommodate patrons by having a separate fryer for gluten sensitive customers. I am seriously BLOWN AWAY by our experience today! Not only was the service great, but the food was nothing short of amazing, LIKE ALWAYS! I 10/10 recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings for great food and top notch customer service!
Ordered twenty wings with large fries 2 celery and carrots and 1 blue cheese.Got: twenty cold chicken nuggets because they barely had any sauce. Cold and saggy fries, 1 celery with baby carrots and 2 blue cheese.It is disappointing because I eat out once a month and never expected the quality to be horrendous. I went home to reheat the fries, reheat the wings add barbecue sauce sauce to the wings since the wings had a minute amount of the Asian zing sauce.I waited for 26 minutes for the order because they were making it. How come the food is dead cold when they handed me the bag?I regret not reading the google reviews prior to ordering.All reviews speak of the same problems.To top it all off the box that had the wings was smeared with dry sauce which led me to believe the box has been used before.The place should close and open under new management.Please stay away. As paying customers we deserve better.Next month when I save money to order food again believe me it will not be from this dump.
Can’t comment on the food. The service was so poor from the moment we walked in I decided to get wings elsewhere. I noticed right away there was no greeter to be found. However, I saw several waitresses hanging around near the bar. Just talking. Also noticed this location didn’t seem very clean. It didn’t even smell appealing upon entering. This was my 1st and last experience w/ this location. Based on my experience and the reviews of others, I’d say eat here at your own risk.
Hostess sat us at a table that hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. Once seated we waited 15 minutes without anyone visiting our table. We watched two separate parties place their orders without any staff member acknowledging us. Even after attempting to get someone's attention we were ignored. After 20 minutes we left. Very poor customer service, a clear lack of organization with the wait staff. Overall extremely disappointing experience
We got seated right away. The waitress did great, for being by herself!! So I cant be mad at her.We were a big group...but...it took an hour and a half to get our food!
Raw food, burnt tots, cant get refills, bugs started crawling on food. When i asked for ketchup I was brought packets while everyone else was given bottles. If i could give 0 stars or even negative i would. I spoke with manager about the issues and she said it was all because they are short staffed. When i turned to walk away my table of people saw the nasty look I received from the manager. Very unprofessional and not worth your time or money
Got the 20 piece “with” sweet barbecue sauce and they only gave me 1 little container to pour over all 20. I pretty much paid $20 for some McDonald premium chicken nuggets at Best Buy they make their nuggets not hard to where you spend most the time crunching through each piece. Take out is a no go.
