We got breakfast & it was very good. Their French toast was delicious, it was sweet didn't even need syrup. The biscuits & gravy was so good, biscuits were light & fluffy, I got white gravy & it was perfect. Their menu looked yummy & healthier with more fresh fruit options. Server was very nice, attentive & quick.
The service still went fine but still pretty slow and we were there when it wasn't really that busy and the food was still good not much of a big selection on their menu and always like the older Bob Evans a lot better then what they are now.
We were visiting Kansas City from Texas for Easter weekend. We ordered a meal for 4. The package included ham, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, roll. Also got strawberry lemonade, macaroni and cheese, and mixed berry pie. We fed 6 with leftovers. Great food at great price. Definitely wood do again
My brother and I visited the Bob Evans restaurant in Clarksville Indiana on the 24th of April and had a very bad experience there. We were seated promptly and after a few minutes the waitress came to our table to take our order. After 45 minutes have elapsed we received our meal but after someone who came after we arrived. When my brother asked for an explanation the waitress said she’s not responsible for how the food comes out from the kitchen. Also while we were eating she never came by and asked how was the food if we needed anything else or apologized for how long it took to prepare our meal. I am usually a good tipper but with what I experienced I was going to leave her a penny tip but left a quarter instead. Food was good but I hope no other person has an experience like this. Was a bad end to our visit in Louisville.
Food and service was awesome. I had not eaten here for years due to flavor and small portions. Waitress was very attentive. Got our food nice and hot and very flavorful. I had the roast, mashed potatoes and carrots. Rolls were delicious and hot as well. Didnt have room for pie but they looked good as well. Had to wait about ten minutes for seating. Well worth the wait. I'll be back.
Showed up to a nearly empty dining room with two servers at a non-busy 5pm and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. After 25 minutes of waiting, someone came in and got seated right away. When the guy finally came back we mentioned we'd been waiting 25 minutes and that someone got seated by someone else before us, and he was completely rude about it, no apologies, saying, "I'm just doing the best I can". Went to IHOP where I was seated immediately no issues. Can't comment on the food if the staff can't even do their jobs right from the front door
Hands down some of the best service I've ever experienced in any restaurant. We got Seated immediately and our server was very prompt to get us drinks and take our order. She got our appetizer out before the meal, just as we had requested and was checking in every 5 minutes to make sure our drinks were filled and that we didn't need anything. One thing I noticed that made this restaurant stand out from others was that everyone was always smiling. I never once saw any employee that didn't have a genuine smile on their face and you could really tell that they enjoyed their jobs. Coming into this restaurant, I had high expectations and they exceeded those by FAR! Definitely will be returning and will make sure to tell everyone I know!
Great food & great service too. We were heading home to Oklahoma from our vacation when stopping in for breakfast. My 4 year old granddaughter left her jacket & we didn't notice until we were 300+ miles away. I made a call and without hesitation they mailed the jacket to us & didn't even charge me for that..Thank you so much for going above and beyond!!
We are from out of town and Christmas shopping. We like to eat at places that we do not have back home. It could have been I just wasn't in the mood, but I wasn't that impressed. I am willing to give it another shot. The waitress was awesome.
Had a lovely pre-Christmas late lunch here with my mother and kids. My oldest is special needs and in a wheelchair. Our waitress was the sweetest and most attentive to our needs. She told us she previously worked in the school system with special needs children. She made his day! Happy Holidays!!!
