I came here with my mom and my boyfriend and I got what used to be called the appetizer sampler but it has a different name now but still the same meal and still very good. I also love the dessert the triple chocolate meltdown. I'm never disappointed with it. I love chocolate and it is and was so good as always when I get it. Our waitress was very kind and caring.
We had a wonderful time. The service was great and the food was delicious. The waitress who served us did an excellent job. Can't wait to dine in again ?
I got served the completely wrong dinner. My sister in laws good was rubbery. Other than that it was okay. It was 2/3 in the afternoon so they were not busy. I think they are understaffed.
The service was very tatterdemalion. This isn't the first time, either. Please train your hosts to do more than be on their cell phones or to look mute when customers enter. My girlfriend and I came in last night and everyone from the host to the diminutive bartender looked at us as if we had three heads. That was the last time. We went up the street to Tanners where the service better. The food was a little higher priced, but I will gladly pay more for a place that appreciates paying customers.
Came in to eat, they were not busy. Sat and waited to be seated for over ten minutes. The bartender and another waitress seen us made eye contact. Didn't tell us hold on nothing the bartender even walked past us. So we finally walked out we would have had no problem waiting if they just had said please give me a min or anything at all!
Listen to the one star reviews. Came around 2pm today 03/03/2022. The server was nice but the service was just okay. The booth needed to be swept on the side. I am assuming the server dropped chips going past. When she brought our beverages she had her hand over my drink carrying it. Since it was a free water I gave her a pass just simply not drinking it. The restaurant wasn't packed had very few customers. Took twenty minutes for the food. The female server did the bare minimum. Took our orders, served the food and disappeared. The nachos was okay but my friend ribs were tough. The server didn't return until she came to see if we were ready for our checks. Her lost I left a small tip just to be kind. I usually like leaving bigger tips. The male server working a table near by did a great job. He continously checked in on his table. I will not be returning to this location. I'll stick with village west.
Porcelain dish are greasy to say the least silverwares are not properly cleaned, the spoon given to me there were hardened food items clearly visible on the surface and yet no one from the prepping station notice it. We were sitting by the window and my wife and I were entertained by several fruit flies clinging at the glass surface.
Usually have decent food from here. Not today. A party of 4 and all disliked something about our food. Our server was super good, 5 stars for her. Sorry I can't remember her name. Next visit it might be better.
Ordered food to go... they put pasta on top and didn't secure the lid... all the sauce was covering the meals below instead of the pasta from it being tilted to place in the vehicle or when it was initially placed in the bag. I'm not sure. Last trip to this location for me.
Every time I've eaten here over the last 6 months has been a different type of terrible. Flies were crawling all over in the summer. Food has always been adequate at best.Tonight I was out celebrating my birthday (we did not tell them) with my partner and friend. My partner used the restroom upon our arrival. Bathroom was not only apparently filthy but there was NOTICEABLE blood on the floor. Immediately notified our server when arrived back at the table.Took almost 10 minutes for two waters and a soda. Very few other tables (less than half a dozen in the whole restaurant were in use) and our server was only with us but could not be bothered to check on us. She was sitting at the bar and chatting to other staff the whole time or on her phone. At one point we asked her what was in the sauce that came with our appetizer. While I commend her admitting she didn't know, she sort of just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Did not offer more answers or to check with the kitchen.None of order was complicated but the fries were cold on my plate. My friend's sandwich was wrong. My partner almost got the wrong thing because she didn't even bother to write down our order. We were there almost an hour. No staff except one (who was not our server) so much as checked on us until almost the end of our meal. When our server finally did arrive all she did was get our first and only drink refills, then abandoned us for another twenty minutes when we were eager to get our check and leave. While waiting for her to come by, my friend also went to the restroom and despite having said something almost an hour ago about it, discovered it to apparently still be in a horrible state.We will not be returning. Do not recommend.
