We got in and out. Talks were dirty. I counted 5 of them bot cleaned. The food have sign of help wanted. But the booth they got for us, was dirty as well. Sticky. We didn't eat there.
We arrived and the restaurant was not busy at all, about 4:00P.M. and waited for a hostess. When she finally came she was not friendly at all and acted like we were a bother and barely spoke to us. We waited and no one ever came to take our drink order so we got up and went to another restaurant. When we were leaving we saw the waitress who had ignored us twice out in the parking lot talking to someone out in a car The service has been so bad the last couple times we were there, but at least we eventually got waited on. We understand a shortage of staff, but this is beyond ridiculous! We'll go elsewhere.
Not my favorite place. There were only 2 or 3 groups eating around 1:30pm. Service was OK, but not very attentive for the number of customers in the place. Was disappointed with the fact that Southwest chicken bowl. Mostly rice with 1/2 a chicken breast, Pico, and a tiny scoop of guac. Didn't feel it was worth the price.
Always a great place to go when you just don't want to cook food is always good and the drinks make it better. Plus it's not always crowded so you rarely have to sit and wait for a table. And the workers make it a place you'll want to visit again.
The server we had still did a fine job and the food was fine and the restroom was overflow with its toilet that water was on the floor.
Well I came to bring me , my mom and my 7 month old son and I asked to be in a booth because my son was inside a car seat inside to get sat at a booth . The host refused to give us a booth but gave a older couple our booth . They had plenty of booths open and cleaned at the time , so the host once again tried to sit another family before us and my mom told him we was here first . So he stared at his seating chart and said he only can give us a table but told the family after us they have a booth . I felt like this was VERY Racist ACT and so glad we walked about because he didn’t want to sit us at all !!! Clearly if your black they won’t sit you
Stopped in around 1PM and were very pleased. Friendly staff and great menu. Salad was awesome and waffle fries are the best.
The sides was good the blackened salmon was overcooked the mountain dew blue was good service was very slow nothing but kids working in there my son asked for a steak med but it came out overcooked we got food to go not cook right have to re-cook it.. basically the server didn't listen correctly that's why I only gave one star.
Ordered at 10:16 pm. First time ordering from Apple Bees in my life. I was not impressed. Spent 82.54$ including tip. Salmon was dry. Had no seasoning.
Horrible. Waiter was great but that about it. Our friends went up to ask if they could make a couple shots. They were explicitly names, but common shots. They didn't knkw how to make those, no biggy. We then asked for lemon drops. It was lemonade with a drop of vodka, not a lemon drop shot at all. Made everyone ill. We asked if we could get some form of compensation. Management denied anything g. Then said our friends harrased the bartender because of the shots we asked for. The manager was smug and didn't help at all. She didn't want to listen to us. Never going there again
