Quite literally the worst experience I’ve had at a pizza restaurant. My family and I would have rather ordered delivery from a papa john’s or pizza hut.Service was very slow, only one cashier working, and he was having a conversation with everyone that checked out, we waited in line for 20 minutes just to check out.Had a drink special on a sign, however they were out of it? They were also out of other drinks.Salad was actually pretty good, but how can you screw up a ceased salad?Pizza came out and we were all the very disappointed! One pizza was missing two toppings, arugula and pepperoni. Immediately we could tell how soggy and watery the pizza was. If you picked up a piece, all the toppings would slide off. The tomato sauce was literally tomato juice. The pizza was dripping, and was very unflavorful. The didn’t offer a refund, and to remake the pizza, but we didn’t want to be wasteful. They did bring us gelato, however we will not be coming back. Huge waste of 60 dollars. So dissatisfied.
Came in right at 3 as they opened and we felt a bit awkward. The staff sort of stared at us and then we felt hurried along by the girl who took our order. Food was fantastic though!! Pizza Margherita was sooo great. It was thin and crispy with the perfect amount of sauce. Greens salad was delicious too, if a little overdressed. Partner had the Butcher and said it was perfect. There was enough that we both took two slices home.
Delicious pizza for sure. We walked and a group of 9 on a Friday night. We were promptly greeted and explained the ordering process. The young man who seemed to be in charge have us a minute to discuss options. While discussing a young kid stepped up and greeted us again not knowing we had been. Refreshing compared to other places in this new covid world where staff ignore you and are rude to the fact you're visiting skewing them to work.
It's a cool spot, but was kinda sad that only one table was full on a Thursday night. Pizza tastes just like Spin Pizza, which isn't my favorite, but maybe you'll like it. Oh, and they only sell one size, basically a small for around $10 to $16. Staff was friendly and fast.
A great local Neapolitan pizza spot. We've been here 6-7 times and most recently spent our Valentines day here for a special event they hosted. They are normally closed on Mondays, but since it was Valentines they had a special event for couples. Each couple received an appetizer, a glass of champagne, a bottle of wine (red, white, or rose), a salad, two pizzas, and a dessert! The best part was that we were able to make the pizza ourselves. The dough was pre-made (it does need to proof after all), but then they showed us how to shape it and then we topped it before they fired it in the oven. A great and different way to spend Valentines day. The staff was kind as always!
Great unique flavors quick friendly service in a great location and with an eclectic environment adds up to a winning experience. Try the quattro formaggi and check out the penny coated ovens.
Excellent little place, I will say this was a 2nd option to the BBQ next door, but did not disappoint in the slightest. We tried the dip trio, meat lovers, and some pear arugula honey moment. Super good, really enjoyed the pear pie, good canned/bottled beer selection, good salads. Absolutely recommend if you're in the area. And side note that made me very jealous, I guess you can do pizza making classes with a group here too. I was told info. online, but there was a group doing mozzarella and pizzas and it looked SO fun! Cheers! ?
I was disappointed with 1889. I've heard good things, but I was unimpressed. The crust needs a richer flavor and a chewier crust. It was impossible to bite through and even cut through. The toppings lacked flavor. It's the first time I've ever salted a pizza. The dips were unremarkable. Gelato was good. I absolutely adore the vibe in here. Very comfy seating and one huge table great for a party of 10 or so. They have beer and wine. It's a fast casual concept, you order your food right when you walk in, move to the second counter to order drinks and pay. Restrooms and entrance are accessible. There's a dedicated parking lot with accessible parking.
The Margarita Pizza and chopped salad are yummy!!
So the pizza was amazing! The crust was perfect! They even have prosecco on tap! It was expensive. We lived in Naples Italy for 3 years and the pizza was authentic they price was not
