You have a nice new facility, but at 11:00 AM the pop machines are dirty, the serving counter needs to be wiped down, not enough ketchup cups and spilled pop on the floor. How about getting it clean and ready for the lunch crowd!
Went through the drive thru. Had two separate orders, was told to park while waiting on fresh nuggets. The lady came out with the wrong food order...So she went back inside to check on our food,, She never did come back to the car.. Good thing my friend decided to go see about it. Would have still been sitting there waiting..Food was hot and amazing. After we got it 30 minutes later. The lady had erased our order off. Terribile lousy service.
They were out of the Strawberry salad so we had to settle for another salad instead. However all of the salads are good from Wendy's.
Food was great as always prices prices are a little steep but everywhere is now almost definitely will eat there again.
I don't eat Wendy's or any fast food often so I was not aware they did not have Google Pay. Tara the Manager politely explained they didn't have it, and then told me she was going to give me my breakfast anyway. I offered to come in later and pay it, and she said that was ok, it was on her. A great start to my morning! It's wonderful to start your day off as a Debt Collector with genuine human kindness.
Totally new.... they tore down this Wendy's and built a brand new one. Kudos ? it's so efficient now.The crew is fantastic now too. Super fast through the drive through. Order correct and hot & ready. ?
OK tonight I go through the drive-through order a bacon cheeseburger large Dr Pepper and a one large chili instead of fries they proceed to tell me they have no chili so I ask what other sides they have The guy on the other end says we're out of everything I said you don't even have a baked potato yeah we gotta bake potato what kind you want I said let me get a Sarah cream and chive With crackers Sorry we're all out of crackers OK let me just get the potatoNeedless to say I get to the house my potato has chives no sauerkraut no silverware no receiptI have to say since the Wendy's is reopened in Hutchinson Kansas and it's taken out of something esomething every time I've been in there if not multiple things how can you run a business that 1 of your main items is chile And how can you be out of Chile all the time, o and not only did i not get sourcream for my potato they are fresh out of butter, come on guys doing a stock order is not rocket science. Really not impressed
How long do you have to stand at the counter before anyone acknowledges you or greets you. 3 of us standing together for almost ten minutes before you even said a word. However you did help the 2 different door dash people first who came in after us. You helped about 12 cars in the drive thru as I walked around the drive through while we still sat their waiting for our food. We would of been better off going in the drive thru and then park and come inside to eat. You had male black manager right there in a gray shirt. We decided after waiting so long for our order we would play a game. The game was called who had the hardest fry? Dark fries that would hurt your teeth if you took a bite. Both soda machines were spitting out flat soda with no carbonation. So said I just got doing a 5 stars review for another Wendy's and then we go to this newer one. You failed and we deserve our money back an an apology. Won't be back to the one in Hutchinson Kansas.
I have tried several different times since they have reopened and the food is not what it used to be and the order has been incorrect. Today the salad had bad lettuce and looked like it was just thrown together. Triple check everything and don’t expect the quality they used to have
I have walked in two times now since they reopened and left both times they don't seem to want to take an order practicly totally ignored me both times I will never set foot in there again
